Yep, I have this exact same situation. So frustrating. Meanwhile I am getting a bulk submission this week that I sent to them 6 weeks after they received that economy order. Wow.

When did your card get logged? I cannot understand why my super express card that was received by them on 3/10 has not yet been logged. I’m hoping they are just overwhelmed, but getting a little worried at this point because all other super express I have seen are moving along quickly.

I've gotten that email, just haven't received notification that it has gone into R&D and officially logged if that makes sense. I'll probably try and get on their callback list tomorrow, from what I've seen on this forum, super express orders should be hitting R&D a day or two after being received.

I guess the new graders are pretty well up to speed. Very impressive that Bulk-UM is now 6 weeks ahead of Economy orders that cost almost twice as much
