It had been way too long without a Yankee. I think they just handed Seto every player on the roster and said get to work.

As a Twins fan seeing a Jorge card is super disappointing. It just means that it'll be another 2-3 months before I get a player who will possibly wear the uniform again. I get that Seto doesn't create these new every week but they had to be reaching the bottom of the stack for this one. Can't wait until the fine art print comes out and nobody buys it

Because the popularity of Low PRs gives Topps free marketing on this set. I think Topps is really trying for a new SP, in hopes it will become popular like the Markakis (but that one is a perfect storm -- SP of a Future HOF who will probably hit 3000 hits )

The funny thing is that Zach Granite was probably the other choice for Twins

Haha I don't get Topps hatred for Garver, I know the guy isn't the greatest but he's at least has a little hope to be above average.

Again I think Seto must have finished this one the same time they were inserting 20,000 Jorge autos in Topps products and yes you're right, Granite is probably next on the list.
