Once packs are readily available I'm willing to bet they gravitate towards SP & SSP parallels as well as sets of "Insert" version moments distributed throughout the packs. IMO that's when things might really get crazy. lol

I'm surprised it took so long for people to catch on to the Lebron set, it seemed almost too obvious when most were sitting under $150. Glad I started it early.

I messed up a bit - sold the AD /10000 for fairly cheap to try and grab a Jokic, had just enough to buy as it was hovering around $163-164, then saw one for $159 and convinced myself it was about to trend down for a few hours - nope. S1 and S2 base are dropping hard while everyone is focused on the challenges, you'll have lots of opportunities.

I wouldn't expect much of a downturn with the sets. I tried to explain to people that when packs are first released the market is heavily manipulated downwards because people just want to sell it for anything since they only spent $14 on the pack. We are getting to the point now where those sellers have been washed out by buyers that actually want to collect and go for the challenge. Don't see selling pressure ever increasing again until we get closer to the end of the challenge and the buying pressure should only continue to increase.

Nice call my friend - I'm looking at about $80 more this morning. I didn't have enough $ to grab a randle at $160. (I thought it was somewhat overpriced). Will be interesting to see what happens when the site opens back up.

As for the durant, price depends on print run and if it is needed for the lebron challenge. I have no clue at this point.

Yeah I'm aware of the trend with the sets, hoping there's just some weird blip - if not I'll look instead at the discounts S1/ limited S2 stuff.

Yeah it's crazy, I have an AD and I thought I'd sell around 350 but at this pace, I'm going to shoot for something like 450-475

I'm in quite the conundrum now. Do we expect these Rising Stars to keep rising in price? Deni has gone up 100 in a day. I am getting close to my target price on my card, but may they go even higher?

I'm certainly no expert, but I think the 500-600 range is the limit for the lesser players in the series. I was eyeballing them yesterday, Mulder specifically, and was waiting for it to hit $300 and was planning to buy and sell in this $500-$600 range.

Something else I'm seeing is the selloff on the season 2 and some season 1 base, like others have mentioned. To me that signals that people are selling to buy the SS and RS series opposed to bringing in new money. That might be something to keep an eye on.

Man I sure hope prior Cool Cats moments go up when this next drop hits. Took a bath on that and have decided to hold in hopes they do. Bloodbath, to be exact.

Another thing about the Luka SS Moment, if Im not mistaken is his career high in points game. This is probably one of the S2’s that could really break the bank at some point even after the challenge is over.

This is why I bought into this challenge. They are all stars and not PJ Washington, Will Barton, etc like the Cool Cats. The will definitely drop after the challenge but I'm banking on them not completely collapsing.

If you are talking about the Anthony Davis ones. I don't think they will climb much. You only need those if you want to complete the master challenge and only 3500 can do that. So the supply of 10k is way higher than the max demand of 3.5k.

Nah, already sold my AD. I’m talking about the other moments needed in order to get the AD. Hoping some of the new blood wants to take a run at completing the challenge.

Man this Deni is still shooting straight up. $490 now and it looks like no one is dumping. Do you think the prices should be comparable to the ones that have a current challenge. There's only 2 rookies in that first one (Ball and Wiseman). Looks like there's 3 rookies for the second challenge. So my question is do they get a larger bump when they get their challenge announced and their badges. I wonder if we could see Deni at $800 realistically like we see Rui at.

Edit: a lot of listings at 500 for Deni. Gonna be tough to get all those sold to get over the hump

You'd be surprised how fast those sell walls can break when things are going well on Topshot.
