Yeah, I get it. I have an order delivered that week that still hasn’t been entered, and the one order that has been entered hasn’t even been schedule for grading yet (3/23 arrival). But I can be patient.

Quick update,CSG sent me an email yesterday to call them to give my credit card info (i guess the online form just saves the last 4 numbers),while i had them on the phone i asked about my "delivered" on 4/5/21 Economy order,(not yet entered).the rep was pretty cool and honest (a nice switch from Say PSA's Cs reps) They are behind so no surprise there, the rep said best case 65-70 days, worst case 90 days. You may see them adjust turn around times shortly. He did say they took a beating the first 2 weeks after the PSA shut down so if you sent a sub in the middle 2 weeks of April your going to wait 100+ days.

Express order was showing subgrades for a week but they are all 0's now. Not sure what that means but hopefully it will be shipping soon.

Question for others here...

Twice CSG has sent me an invoice ever since my order went to the "scheduled for grading phase".

I submitted my credit card info with my order. So I thought that was taken care of. Does anyone know if this means there is some issue with the payment? Nowhere on the invoice does it seem to indicate that it has been paid, but I double checked my submission papers and clearly it has my CC info.

Just want to make sure I'm not holding up the grading process and them sending you an invoice is a normal part of the process.

Thanks in advance!

You need to call. Their system only saved the last 4 numbers at the beginning. Once they input again you will be all set. I had same problem

Standard order received on 5/4/21 moved to grading/quality control. Seems like good progress!

Why do they keep grading items received for standard order that came in this month but not the standard orders that came in early last month? It's nice that some people are getting cards graded within 1-2 weeks, but when others pay for the same service and it has been over a month, it makes no sense :/

I am hoping mine gets sorted soon because I am excited about CSG, but I do not understand their lack of consistency. They need to be opening the packaged to check for what type of orders are coming in otherwise what is the point of paying for a service level?

If you didn't write standard on the outside of the box more then likely it will be treated as bulk

I sent some cards through a group sub and one of my bulks is scheduled for grading according to them, but i still cant bring up the submission through the tracker with the sub number. Is the tracking broken or should I just wait longer?

Has anyone had problems with being overcharged for autos on subs?

I have 58 card bulk sub that has been in for a while and I was charged $1.80 per card for the auto fee even though the vast majority of cards were not autographed.

... that's annoying, as their website only says "Clearly write WK (for WalkThrough grading tier submissions) or EX (for Express grading tier submissions) on the outside of the shipping box." It makes no mention of standard, economy, or bulk. Considering that I have submitted to PSA many times and always write the tier of service on the box, I guess this is my bad. but still.... annoying.

Definitely still annoying but I just assume when they got swamped by packages if It didn't say anything on the outside it just went into a bulk pile

My standard order that was sent 3/25 and received on 5/4 has been graded and shipped.

Grades were brutal. I really checked these cards out and out of a stack of many, picked just six to submit at Standard.

3 9's
2 8's
1 9.5

Ah well. 9.5 wasn't even the one I really wanted to GEM either. Lebron rookie came back a 8. 9.5 was an AI Topps rookie.

Definitely tough company for grading. Not saying that's a bad thing but I'll be curious to see when I crack those two if I really missed something.

I think every grading company has tightened their standards up. I got blasted at SGC recently with a few cards. Did you get subgrades? After seeing surface grades at CSG I would be hesitant of sending any chrome or refractor card to CSG. I think they use images to help give grades and they really need to loosen up the metrics they use. The 10x magnification they use is too much IMO.

Main issue was a 7.5 surface on my Lebron Bazooka mini (so not chrome) and a 7.5 corners on my Kobe UD3 Mini Rookie which I just don't understand at all.

The only chrome I sent in was an AI Bowman's Best RC which came back a 9 with surface getting a 9.

I dunno. Again, I love the tightening up of standards but I'm surprised still.
