I wasn’t alive for 66/67 Sixers or 72/73 Celtics, so sure. I do think the 73-win Warriors beat this OKC team.

Definitely would have beat the 73 win 2015-16 Warriors.

I mean considering that CHATGPT tells me Curry went down with an ACL in game five of this hypothetical matchup and Thunder shot 53 percent from 3.

No way. That team was awesome defensively, could shoot, and played with pace. They were also an older team compared to this OKC team. We’ll see what this Thunder core looks like in 3-4 years.

At this point I want OKC to lose by 50. Run it up. Because OKC should be embarassed and it's the best way to get their head out of hteir ass and actually give effort on the floor for game 7.

I want all the media talking heads to be calling the OKC players garbage and pathetic.

I hope Halliburton scores 10 3 pointers in a row.

This game evokes memories of OKC's IST Finals performance.

Tough to replicate this level of badness in every category.

They're not even the best OKC iteration. Durant/WB/Harden is

How's the core look like? You cant max Chet Jdub and SGA and have this kind of roster. Remember OKC let Harden walk

They were battling prime LBJ, Wade and Crishbosh. This iteration of OKC about to lose to Somalian prince and 4pts a game Hali

I hate how SGA plays. Just throw a shoulder and step back each time.

OKC in a sequence right there. Hartenstein grabs Bradley’s jersey and pushes him out bounds. Clearly a foul; he gets away with it. Then flops when he gets lightly pushed trying to take the ball from Bradley just like Siakam did the referee last game.

I’ve been a Thunder fan since 2020 bubble, but they lost me this year. They foul like crazy on defense, and flop even harder on offense. I wouldn’t mind if they played with physicality on both ends, or if they played soft on both ends—but it’s the aggressor flipped to victim possession after possession back and forth that has just eroded my fandom.

Not guten for OKC.

SGA/Jdub log 36, while the Haliban and half the Pacers roster gets extra rest ahead of g7.

I would go get Jaren. He didn’t win DPOY or make all-nba, so his contract will be somewhat reasonable. He can be under team control for the next 4-5 years (same draft class as Shai). Memphis claim Bane wasn’t a tear-down trade, but I think it was Windy who said league GMs came away from their talks with Kleiman thinking the private messaging suggested a bit differently. I don’t think OKC will make any changes though, except peripheral ones.

So I guess the major difference is Pacers stopped trying to guard 94 feet?

Simple fixes...

Thunder’s biggest fan called this, so he’s 1/6 now.

I wonder how much of this had to do with Hali’s calf. You need all 5 to play a pressing system and they probably didn’t want to put that level of strain on him.

Interesting move letting Somali Pirate see the 4th.

Is Jim Carey really shook at the prospect of Viet Brunson and the dude from Texas with a rat tail fade?

This game feels like OKC lulling them into a false sense of security

That crowd in OKC for game seven is gonna be insane

If Indy doesn’t blow game 4…OKC probably plays with more urgency tonight…but we’re probably watching Indy lift the trophy nonetheless.

Looks like 2 Indy starters back in.

Exactly what I like to see.
