That was my initial thought yesterday. Both of mine are pack pulled from $40 boxes, and self-graded, so I’m back on the ride too.

Ahhh that’s where it went.
It’s also why i priced my Orange sapphire gem so high, i didn’t want to accidentally sell it. But also received zero offers so it’s probably too high, not really concerned.

Sapphire certainly seems like it's going to occupy the KOTH spot for the foreseeable future but I think there's a limit a card can milk out of "first Sapphire card" label when they missed out on getting one in their RC year.

I hate to be the guy that shows up in the Soto thread and takes a big dump in the beer cooler but I don't think the '19 Soto is ever going to come close to '18 Acuna/'19 Tatis/etc. As someone above mentioned (and I agree with them), I think the card is overvalued right now (and that's coming from someone who has one).

But I like the attention it brings to the other '19 Topps Soto iterations. I am a horizontist. I am absolutely prejudiced against horizontal cards. But I think they do have their purposes when used properly and this Soto photograph is one of those instances (see: 2018 Walker Buehler, for another).

But the Soto being a $1k card and the Acuna being a $200 card is completely illogical to me.

I have a few Soto's I'm going to sell and found comps for the base, gold and Chrome pink. Haven't seen a rainbow sell in forever.
