I find it helpful to have a “retail drawer” of loose packs, fatties, hangers whatever. On the rare occasion I get the urge it’s usually quenched with a few of these. Ripping sealed hobby boxes is very pricey and generally disappointing IMO.

That's a great idea too, I should have stocked up on junk wax boxes/packs when people were practically giving them away. Now, everyone thinks a sealed box (even of 1990 Fleer baseball) is worth a lot.

Unless it cheap junk wax from the 80's and 90's, I have to box the rest up so I dont rip it.
All my Montgomery club stuff is ripped except UEFA and F1. Heritage,Sapphire and Chrome were left on display and didn't survive. Heck, I have a 59 FB cello and 73 BB High packs I am itching to rip....
