I particularly liked the claim I was "clueless" in regards to Womens football. I've been watching the womens game since the late 1980's and spent a lot of time around the Doncaster Belles. (a lot of you will probably have to google them, one of the most important female teams of all time). Granted, I don't live for the womens game these days, but I still have a basic knowledge of who's who.

The over-reaction to me saying one player was better than another player is hysterical stuff. Rodman is a fantastic young player. She's got a lot of growth in her yet but a distinct lack of experience that some one like Macario has. It will come.

Lloyd signed with Gotham. Not sure how much she has left, but she was an absolute beast in her day and during the USWMT World Cup run in 2015.

I bet she'll be pretty effective at cheering from the owner's suite for sure.

I am here for Wolfsburg chaos. Only half way there but even breaking the Barcelona win streak would be awesome.

Has anyone found any predates on Euro stickers?

Still nothing from Parkside either.

Panini stickers are out in the UK on the 9th of May apparently, but Amazon suggests the 11th.

Anyway, who we looking for?

Parkside tweeted that the new NWSL cards are coming out soon. And looks like the rookies will get the RC logo treatment.

I'm personally hoping for some type of hobby box for the release, instead of hangers only. Heck, even a retail box would work. As a set collector, anything to get more cards in one shot.

Looks like the pre order of the Topps Chrome Uefa Womens boxes/cases are slowly inching higher. Looks like now up to 300 per box. I think these will be a much smaller print run than many think.

They've adjusted parallel volume between announcement and sell-sheet a few times lately, so I could see some adjustments...

... But my best guess given what we know is 1200 cases (no retail). That would be 3-ish numbered parallels per box and 3 refractors. Would put the refractor print run at 400-500 and base print run around 8k.

For 2022 soccer products, this is a smaller release. When you also consider there are no competing products *yet* then it becomes relatively even smaller. Now the question is what is the market for this? Not an easy game to find on TV in at least the US. But World Cup around the corner and some names with huge potential given that.

I certainly prefer this at 250 (now 300) to paper UCL at 100 (and anything else out right now) from a speculative perspective.

And from a US Soccer fan perspective, pulling a nice Macario when there aren't packed out releases with her in it at all is more exciting than another Pulisic (*aside from the trophy SSP ).

I imagine it's going to sell much better than the recent Scottish Foootball release, that's for sure. It will be a massive hit in the US, not really so sure about anywhere else. I'll pick up a box.

Not exactly a high bar. Hehe

I actually enjoy those too so I’m not totally upset it’s tanked. BUT, it does show you that maybe some normality is returning with the whole collecting universe not blindly buying all wax expecting everyone that’s a rookie to be great.

Some guy on here was on about 30 cases of Scottish Football yesterday! He's probably bought 80% of everything sold haha

I talked with Matt yesterday and he said Parkside is experiencing printing delays, but they are planning on having the NWSL cards out in June. That's all I know for now.

Did you ask him if it was just going to be hanger boxes again?

I didn't ask him for any other specifics except when they were scheduled for release. I didn't want to bombard him with questions that I'm sure thousands of other people are asking as well.

Yes, they also have a subscription option so you can get the entire set and not have to pay shipping each week, because $5 for 26 weeks is a lot of extra money.

It's $320 for the subscription, saving you about $70, or cutting the shipping cost in half.
