Since May 1, the Mariner rotation:

James Paxton, 6 starts, 1.67 ERA
Felix Hernandez, 6 starts, 6.68 ERA
Mike Leake, 6 starts, 3.20 ERA
Marco Gonzales, 6 starts, 2.13 ERA
Wade LeBlanc, 6 starts, 1.72 ERA
That’s crazy! What they’re doing is impressive. Well most of them.

Colome is great! Sugar needs to get back on track starting tonight. I just have a feeling if Colome gets a chance to close, Diaz won't be getting that spot back

Yeah, our pitching has been carrying us for sure. That's what scares me -- the starting rotation is probably the team's biggest weakness. It's great that they've been pitching so well, but regression has to be coming at some point. This is why I keep saying the offense needs to pick it up very soon. As awesome as the starters have been I don't think it's sustainable.

We’ll get to know if they’re the real deal real soon! With the stros, angels, Sox twice, and the Yankees this month!

Yea, at first I wondered why they got him. He was absolutely miserable the first month of the season. Looks solid as an M so far

Span is a lot slower than he used to be. Like, A LOT. I thought that would be an easy hit.
I'm also surprised by Segura -- probably not as slow as Span, but I always thought he was faster.

Span is much slower for sure. Segura is pretty fast for a little tank

I won't bore you with all of the photos from today but here are the highlights. The only players we really wanted to see but didn't was Seager and Segura but it was exciting to see who we did see and the GF was extremely excited to meet Paxton being they both hail from Canada. Overall though, excellent day!

On top of that, I usually always bid on one item in the silent auction but never win as I am always the first person to bid. But this time around, I actually won the Andrew Moore auto jersey. Didn't think I would have a chance of that being he is a local kid but it was a nice surprise towards the end of the game.

Julio!

Still sucks seeing Gamel benched with the way he’s playing. Hope Felix throws a gem today. He’s due!

I haven't been the biggest Gamel fan, but I would agree that he should be playing more due to the way he's hitting. It's not just the hits, it's the WAY he's hitting the ball. It seems like everything is line drives right now. Span has actually declined a lot more than I realized. Not sure he's any better, if at all, than Gamel.

Really good inning for Felix! Nice to see him switching up his pitches to keep batters off balance.

I still can't believe Ian Snell produced such a dominant pitcher. There must have been an anonymous donor involved.

Oh crap, they aren't?? I thought I heard somewhere that was his dad. And with Snell pitching here and Blake being from Shoreline, I guess I just assumed it was true.

No far from true lol he’s entire family is at the game and they’ve shown his mom and dad a few times on the tv.

I guess the good news is his pitch count is up. Only chance they have is keeping it close and then getting to their BP. I think it's pretty clear they aren't going to get anything off Snell.

Haha I saw the family but I didn't hear them say it was his dad. I've also just been half-ass watching the game so not really paying close attention.
