Still respectable considering the opposing team’s defense is focusing squarely on him. Case in point, look at what happened to Curry

He's never shot well from 3 for a season. Only did 36% from the super-close college line. Shot 32% last year.

Maybe he's the next Kevin Martin?

Have to take into consideration the 3pt shots that he is taking. The man is pulling up from half-court half of the time.

When the Hawks are full strength, Trae's shooting percentages will go up, his assists will go up, but his points may level out a bit (probably around 24ppg). Things will be much more efficient for him then.

It's not going to be easy for him with no help, he will work best in an offense where there are other shooters. Once Huerter and Collins come back we'll see a different Trae... It's last year all over again.

Team is weak and defenses can key on him. He's still a marquee talent and scorer. He'll be under the radar with the Luka attention, and especially if Zion comes back.

Don’t think the team is that bad. Missing two of top three offensive talents. They aren’t playing terrible defense, but teams seem to just keep smoking them making all their 3’s. And it keeps happening almost every game, quite amazing to watch. Schedule has been very tough. Could really use a big to guard other teams best big. Fernando has been ok with limited time inside, that’s about it. Getting killed on o-boards. They have a lot of talent, just needs more experience, health, and luck. When healthy they actually have quite a bit of scoring depth. Have to get a good big man defender though.
