I know it's not an urgent issue - and definitely not as pressing as the one you stated - but it would be nice to respond to a paying customer!

I've asked this 3 times from them and still no answer. Asked on two different FB posts they were responding to, then send through the chat on their website. My original order had no options for what label I wanted, then I had another 20 card order that when I submitted didn't have the Team Match Neutral as an option which I really like.

My 3 card order had a processing date of 2 days ago, and haven't heard anything, but I dont know if that is supposed to mean when they start, or when it should be done, as there isn't anything defining it that I can see on the order page. I just emailed them on that to clarify, will see if the direct email approach gets me better results.

Pop reports sound like a huge direction to the positive. This company is growing on me but not sold yet.

Looking forward to what HGA can accomplish and will be following closely to what they are doing.

There is a reason why PSA is king, and it isn't because of their actual case or how they grade.

I've been tough on HGA, and I feel rightfully so, but this is a good response. I appreciate Hitt and the HGA team taking the right approach; this is, after all, a hobby, and that's something too often forgotten. SGC, what a total disaster. Peter is running that company into the ground so quickly it's as if he's trying to do so.

I actually just posted on their recent Facebook page and got a response there (didn't ask this direct question unfortunately). But I did try to shake the tree for other people. Hopefully something comes from it!

So your order actually updated since you submitted? They received my 10 day order last wednesday and haven't seen any update or gotten any email etc.

About halfway through 10 days now though

Yeah, it always said that date since they day I got the email they received my cards (back in very early February).

So I haven’t logged onto HGA’s website in a few weeks but with PSA’s shutdown why not wait in the queue and see if I get lucky... nope, got ‘You have been blocked due to suspicious activity’

So I put in some cards this morning in anticipation for the 2pm lottery. I didn't know what to expect so I was just on the order page about 130pm. At about 5 minutes to 2pm I hit refresh. That gave me a 505 error so I closed the browser and reopened it. When I logged in I got the page for the virtual waiting room. Then it refreshed and now says that I am block for suspicious activity.

This ever happen to anyone?

Lol, so it’s just HGA’s site can’t handle the traffic. I won’t put this on HGA, they didn’t have enough time to ramp up the servers and/or know how many bots would hit them.

Yeah, it's going all kinds of nuts on me, too. I'm getting all manner of error messages.

"you've been blocked due to suspicious activity"

"you're in the waiting room"

Now it's stuck in a nano refresh loop. I've tried on three devices, multiple networks.

Queue broken at 30k+ people they said on their Facebook.

Sure are a lot of people hating on HGA for there to be 8x the number of people trying to get in the now that PSA is shut down and SGC raises their prices

Really is amazing how there is all this money in the hobby and not one of these companies can figure out how to do it.
