Topps should have given us the option to continue to use the old site while others volunteered to try the new site. This isn’t a new or revolutionary concept. I’ve been a part of several of those where the old site continued to be operational until the new site worked better.

Still, after all this time, the old site was by far superior to this new site.

It's getting better...each day I go I do see progress.

Lol. I had a hunch that an all time SP may happen this off-season either during the week of Christmas or the super bowl. Topps looks like they are begging for SPs with this offering.

If people downsize their order by 25% then yes, very likely. I’m cutting down my order because I think some may double up their order in hopes of a low PR. Thus causing and inverse effect.

i for one appreciate common players and the less retired stars in this set the better. i enjoy cards of players who actually still play, stars or not. i don't recall seeing retired stars in the actual '53 set. im buying all 3 this week.

I agree Tony...less retired guys. I mean I like them in there but not every week.

Perhaps the lost sales that have already resulted from the still very poorly functioning website redesign is enough of a slap on the wrist. While standard public Beta testing could've helped to avoid this, at least they were smart enough to not make this change in the middle of the baseball season. That said, what they have now is inexcusable, and every day it continues is a black eye for Topps that somebody (or somebodies) should have to answer for. Maybe no cake at the next employee party. Ok, one piece of cake, but no seconds.

I think the fact that Topps is charging sales tax across the Board is a mistake. In NJ I don’t believe sales tax is added unless Topps has a retail location in the same state. Hopefully this is a glitch and there will be refunds sent if it is.

NJ is one of the new states it took effect in. Previously the law applied that way where they needed a physical presence in the state. Blame South Dakota v. Wayfair.

Same here - received the Rivera 136-138 bundle today but don't have the Thomas 133-135 bundle yet. The order page on my account lists all my orders since the new year as open even though all but two have arrived.
