Shohei waving goodbye to Trouts home run ball. After the Angels let Shohei run while Trout was at the dish. Sassy aggressive funloving Shohei is the best Shohei.

I think he was just blocking the sun with his hand to see where the ball was going...
But I wouldn't mind that take as well lol

My orange /25 Ohtani Gets Hot from 2019 Topps Chrome Saphire is starting to look quite nice now. Both Ohtani and Trout on it and doing well.

The league finally changed the E3 vs White Sox to a triple! Shohei is now hitting .300 with an OPS of 1.033.

Just saw the dreaded "dtd' by Ohtanis name in my fantasy leagues - apparently he is dealing with a blister issue and will miss his next start.

General question. A PSA 10 Bowman Pitching Auto (his 1st bowman chrome auto) went for 4.2k this week. If he continues to produce on both sides, where does everyone think this is at by season's end?

I'm glad of that, and will try to doom no longer. I just want so badly for Ohtani to show the dang world what he can do over a full healthy season.

New thread height causing issues?

I can not recall him having blister issues in the past. He is strong, and he looks great!

My recollection is that there were some blister issues his rookie year. From the Orange County Register:

"Ohtani has dealt with blisters periodically in the majors and when he pitched in Japan."

My goodness. Ohtani was waaaaaay out in front of the ball and still managed to hit it 370 feet for a 3 run triple. Incredible strength
