Not to be a downer.... I didn't bid high for auto spots...but this defeats the purpose of a player auction, if the buyer wins and transfers the player to another party separately outside of the auction process.

Another process should be considered of opening the picks back up or some random process... IMO...

He bid the price he was willing to pay. You were free to bid higher.
I assume he bid on all those spots not thinking he would get them all. But he was willing to pay for them if he had to.

Not that this is what happened here, but you basically just described someone placing bids for someone who couldn't be around. I see nothing wrong with that.

If you placed the high bid, you have the right to do with the spot as you please, as far as I'm concerned.

Sure - But if I bid and win, the make an "agreement" to transfer. Then did I really pay? If my agreement includes me getting compensation (I'm not sure if it did) for the transfer, is that really legit? Is that the spirit of the auction?

It’s fine. I’m pretty sure I won a couple spots. Anyone is free to offer me any amount for one of these spots now. I’m free to sell them any of those spots. I don’t plan on it but it’s not against the rules nor should it be.
There are a couple spot I wanted and missed out on. There is nothing wrong with me trying to buy those spots off the person who won them

Once you win a spot, you can transfer it. It is better that then I refund the old owner and then invoice the new owner.

If you split a spot, one person has to pay me & that is who I ship the cards to. Once you have them, then you can split any which way.

So if you get a transfer and have other spots, is it better to wait until invoice to pay all at once or pay what you won then do the transfer payment? How would the shipping be calculated for the later.

I am not gonna ship everything priority (although I want to). It just doesnt seem right to charge $8 shipping on a $6 spot.... so any total under $40 I will ship 1st class. I just hate 1st class nowadays.
