I busted 5 jumbo and 6 hobby. Close to two master sets but neither was complete....so yeah it’s tough. 2bros to the rescue at 40% off. But open to some trades too.

I busted 8 Hobby cases and was 3 cards short of a master. Golds about 50 short, Foil about 60 short & 150th about 80 short. I really wanted to put together a master and a gold with what I busted. I figured I would do some team sets of gold but even that proved to be way short even on undesirable teams. I wonder if this is how it is going to be going forward even for non-flagship products. Glad I went with Hobby as my original order was for 4 Jumbo and 4 Hobby. I picked up a bunch of update jumbo cases at a great price from my distributor.....I won't even touch jumbo this year unless it gets steeply discounted. What do you guys think the floor will be on jumbo cases?

If anybody is short on stuff hit me up. I have all my golds, foils and 150 stamps left from 11 cases. Plenty of inserts too.

I was able to sell out of 5 jumbos unopened (small loss) and picked up hobby’s instead so it worked out well.

Judging by all the comments on here about people busting 8-10 cases and still not getting a master set, Topps really botched the distribution of the "150 Greatest Moments/Players/Seasons" insert set.

Would have much rather received more of those per box instead of the Gold Parallels, 150th foil stamps, and Iconic Card reprints, and Topps Now reprints.

Do you mean the gold stamped cards? Or the greatest player, team type cards. I know there's 150 of those, and they're coming in 3 different series right? Or are they all in 1 series? That'd be dumb, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Or are you talking about the 1984 design inserts? I really like those and may try and put a set of that together.

I'm trying to decide if I want to do a master or just a base.

Agree. Finally found some here and got nine packs, left three where the purples were definitely dinged. I do wonder if the value of the Stars of the Game inserts go down since there is one in every pack. Near mint purples will be hard to find with the packaging.

First thing I did when I got mine was sell them sealed. More value that way IMO. At least in this release.

I did OK with my 12 packs from my hobby case. 1 green and 2 oranges (1 with an auto). To get 2 oranges in 12 packs is pretty good. The auto was Ryan O'Hearn so not that bad. But the current price of $10 per pack is too much in my opinion. I try to buy the packs between $6-7. Still at that price it is hard to get a good return unless a big card is hit.

Agreed. I've watched some silver pack breaks and man, they can be brutal. Talking 24 packs yield 2-3 color and one meh auto.

I'm not comparing them by no means at all, but I have watched him pitch several times. Every time I watch him I think of Roger Clemens. Again, not saying he is going to be Roger Clemens, but that is who I immediately think of every time.
