Now I’m just imagining you guys taking 80mph grounders (vs the 103 Tatis had to pick) kicking the baseball around the infield like it’s a soccer game LOL

There should be booth's at the National for "real life baseball experiences". Bunting 100mph fastballs. Taking 104mph grounders. etc. Would be amazing for everyone involved.

Sheesh y’all must have never played, and for the record, I’ll jump in the short hop ground ball line especially on carpet, but I ain’t bunting.

Cup - glove - chest - determination.

The homers are great, but you've gotta get those runs home when it counts. Twice yesterday, and again just now.

Let me guess Tatis struck out taking massive hacks trying to hit a bomb vs getting the base hit?

Obviously I’m a huge fan, but outside of being more steady with the glove his big issue is learning to stay within himself. Always going all in.

He’s still gonna be 2-4 w/ HR, 2Bb, SB but he’s gotta put the ball in play there

He had a really nice, adjusted swing to single in the top of the 9th...not watching right now. So he knows how....maybe just wanted to stick it to LA.

I can tell you didn’t by assuming you’re gonna stand in front of a 100mph short hop and take it off the chest lol imagine rolling the dice on eating jello the rest of your life if you don’t catch it and take in the chin/teeth.

It’s the 22Yr old in him getting too jacked up in big spots. I know the bar is set at 24/7 stardom, but gotta remember he’s still 3 years early from your avg big league debut.

Criticism where it’s due is fair. I don’t mind him not winning the game, but he doesn’t have to hit a 3 run bomb there with 2 strikes He’s had solid smooth swings this weekend he knows how to take a normal swing vs a hack.

Guess there's not much concern about Tatis running.. hard not to be encouraged by how he's rebounded from the shoulder.

Is it possible to win MVP & be leader in errors?

Take away the fielding errors and hes the best player in baseball and its not even close.

Even with the errors, I’d say he’s the best player in baseball at the moment and it’s not close.

MVP right now

Dodgers series did him wonders

Ehhhh Trout and Acuna I are batting nearly 400 with 1.300 OPS and don’t have 9 errors lol

Tatis is hot RN but he’s not the best so far.

Kicking the baseball would be a massive success.

I’m imagining more of a fetal position, defecating in their Costco sweatpants than actually getting a foot on an 80mph screamer...

Crotch - gut - chin - defecation.

They have 6 games against each other in the short span, so hopefully DeGrom starts in one of the games.

Yeah I’m not saying Tatis won’t have a better year by late September but Trout Acuna, Cole, and DeGrom have lit it up the entire first month.

We’ll see by end of May where everyone’s settling in.
