Nice cards everyone! My recent pick up (my second S2 bat down BGS 10). Bought few Topps Archives PSA 10's as well.

Awesome! Always gets me how the “centering” on a borderless card can be the only thing keeping a card from a black label.

This. BGS definitely uses the back of the card in their grading scores. The back is really easy to tell L/R and T/B on these.

I think all this sub bumping is madness imho. I graded regularly with BGS for over a decade and never crossed my mind to resubmit no matter how disappointed, even PC cards. I guess more power to you, but the clear was a fine 9 anyways which is still awesome for acetate.

How do we know for sure if the graders are using these (distance of Letter A or W and Topps Logo)?

Going to have to disagree with the “W” theory for Soto. And I was a subscriber to this theory originally. I had 45+ Soto Base and various hits go to BGS. The W grades were all over the map. I have 9’s that have perfect W’s with centering 9. I have 10’s with 9.5 centering with partial W and everything between. Maybe just my batch but I honestly felt it was somewhat random.

Ok, Thanks. So distance of Letter A and W is probably not a criteria used for centering. Has anyone looked at the distance of Topps or Topps Chrome logo and see if it correlates well with centering on graded cards?

Holy cow -- what is happening with the base Update US250? I must have been sleeping on these while trying to scoop up all the Bellingers I could find. They are almost $20 on eBay and the lowest one on COMC is $39. Did I miss something? I'm sitting on about 100 Topps Update Blaster boxes from that 50% off sale they had last year but the prices on those aren't moving at all. Either the Acuna price is unsustainable or the Blaster prices need to take off. Not sure which situation we're in...

The Trout and Yelich factor have played into this spike in prices. I can't speak for blaster box prices but Hobby and Jumbo have both exploded as well.

Blasters have been pretty bad for acuna’s but hangers and fat packs have been picking it up because they have been pretty good. And yes they took a big jump this past week

Honestly, BGS is so inconsistent with the centering on 2018 Flagship because I’m sure all they do is eyeball it, especially on the base.

blasters seem to be moving at SRP, which is double what you paid

I was on vacay in Florida this past week, grabbed the 6 blasters at the pompano Walmart and hit 4 Acuna 250s
