They have slowed, but are within their 65 day number. I had a submission go into grading on 7/13 and it just popped today. The grades were as expected being older modern cards 24/35 9/10 with the hoped for 20% 10 rate. Again these were early year cards mostly with a lot of paper.

Is the website taking longer to update consignment payments from eBay or do I just have the worst luck with non-paying buyers? I sold ~50 cards on 9/29 and almost 40 are still showing as "Items Awaiting Payment from eBay"

There could be combined auctions. It saves the buyer money. I had 34 hockey cards close on 10/5 and only 5 cards still to be paid. I rarely ever have non-payers for hockey and the few that did resold at higher prices.

Grades just became available on my PSA submission and there are 3 pop 1 PSA 10s in it! Also a random PSA 6 among all 9s/10s otherwise.

So big win overall, but I’m gonna be curious to that 6 when it comes back, because I can’t pick out anything on the scans.

We are doing some updating to the website, so that could also be causing a delay in the sales data updating. It will be completed soon. We appreciate everyone being patient while we get this done.

Was wondering the same. Had 26 auctions end 7 days ago and only 7 have been paid for (of course the ones that went lower than I thought they would).

Last time 5 out of 17 didn't get paid but this one seems pretty excessive.

I can't even get PSA to load currently, anyone else having issues? My Account page won't load and whenever I try to do a cert lookup it says I have been blocked, not sure what is going on. I have an outstanding order I was just trying to get info on.

Yes, same issues. Been like this for a few hours for me on both app and web browser.

What is the current turnaround for re-listing unpaid auctions? It’s been a little over 2 weeks since the auctions ended, so they’ll probably be re-listed soon, just wanted to double check. Also, has anyone else seen an uptick in non-paying bidders? Not sure if it was just bad luck, but out of the 17 cards that I sent for consignment, only 7 were paid for and the other 10 will need to be re-listed. These were all low-end modern basketball (mix of raw & slabs) and the prices ranged between $15-$45 each.

Nothing significant, but when I have had non- payers it was for hot players that got cold or injured. I actually had a non-payer on an Ohtani green /99 PSA 10. Not a rc, but a $160 card. I am just having the card sent back. I am less likely to have non-payer because I stay away from the hyped over produced base stuff.

Since PSA updated their site and changed the API a little we aren’t getting the same info. Working on a way to provide it

I only have 11 out of 26 show as paid that ended two weeks ago. I asked about them today and they said they are having issues with the system and most of them have actually been paid for. Could be the same with yours.

You were right, I had the same issue and it turns out all my cards are paid for. Always nice to have that credit in the account when the next sub (hopefully) pops soon.

That is once of the main reasons to break up submissions, especially if you use grade to consignment. Positive credit with 33 cards currently at auction. One submission should arrive back to them early next week.

14 days to pay just feels like too long. I will admit, I'm extremely salty about it at the moment - I have a decently expensive basketball RC that was converted to consignment on August 14th, and with two non-pays the absolute earliest I'm going to get paid on it now is November. But 14 days plus listing lag means that each attempt to sell is taking at least a month - 7 day auction, then 14 days to pay, then, in the most recent case, at least two more weeks for re-list. It's a painful - and hopefully not expensive - wait.

One of my 3 remaining submissions popped and with the cards I sent, modern/UM, with some early 2000 Jordan inserts I am thrilled.
12/30 PSA 10
14/30 PSA 9, with a 9 Jordan

Can I have a return order shipped to a different address? I submitted three TCG cards for a friend, and would prefer to have them shipped directly back to him if possible. Looked for an option to do this on the website but didn't see anything.

What's the easiest way to add credit to my account? I thought there was a Paypal button somewhere on the site I could sent payment to, but not seeing it. I selected a handful of cards in a recent order and chose 'Request quote for purchase' but after thinking about it, I'm thinking that isn't for paying for a submission.
