Yeah 1/6th the pop of prizm and way harder gem. Agreed that they are way too cheap if prizm is a 2k card still have a bunch of optic 10s I'll sell off in increments if they keep rising and hopefully close the gap on prizm a bit.

Sitting on 15 PSA 10s right now and another 10 Optics at PSA. Hoping for 4 more from a well vetted sub. May take years for the flip to Optic happens if it ever does.

I would check the bidding history for those cards. 26 feedback winning bidder and 15 feedback second highest bid doesn’t smell right. Careful out there guys

Question at this point: Have lots of raw Luka that I think will grade well, but I’m a little leery about sending high dollared stuff in. Do you send a few at a time? Insure the entire package and send all at once? Keep them raw?

I see this a lot and I don't understand. Whatever Luka card you are planning to sending in, PSA or BGS is grading more valuable cards than yours. If you are concerned send in a few at a time. But the value add by grading is too much to sit on them raw if they have a chance to Gem. Even 9's will garner a premium.

Edited to add: And at this point, if you aren't planning on grading with PSA I don't know what else to tell you.

Sure there are, but I dont have the luxury of shrugging off 20-30k (or more, quite frankly) if cards grade like I assume they could and then go missing.

I think those horror stories you read on here are few and far between. They grade like 100's of thousands if not a million cards a year. For every horror story you read there's probably 10,000 that went thought fine (thats just a wild guess). They may be slow but almost everyone gets their cards back.

collectors insurance services (CIS).i think they insure your cards while they are getting graded and slabbed. premiums are cheap. Then you can close out your coverage once you get them back if you so choose.

Call and inquire.
