No. Just....no. That's exactly what's wrong with WWE - they're still trying to live off of the past and not build towards the future. Besides, every single time the nWo has been brought back, it's been awful. Jeff Jarrett and the Harris Twins? Or Bret/JJ/Nash/Steiners? Or HBK/Nash/Booker T/X-Pac/Big Show? Every nWo after the first has just been a pathetic attempt to recreate the past.

Now that Punk is confirmed to become a Marvel Comics Writer, it's time to find a new favorite. I for some reason had hope that he would swerve us at the Royal Rumble, but yeah it's not happening. Any ideas?

Was thinking about Ryback or Bryan.

Once they are back state-side is Ryback going to turn into the next Daniel Bryan? No matter what he does crowd cheers for him, so they have to turn him face? Can't see him beating up Cena drawing boos

LOL. WWE is such a mess. Im a lifelong fan, but havent lost interest this much since... cant even remember. So glad I got big into the Japan scene.

Other than WWE, I watch NJPW sometimes and PWG. I hardly watch ROH anymore because I don't like their roster. I don't even bother to watch TNA anymore simply because I don't care.

Unfortunately I don't have much to watch when WWE sucks. At least its almost Royal Rumble time. Thats when WWE starts to try...

I know there's better stuff out there, both in the states and out of them, but I just flat out don't care enough to watch them. Turn on the same channel at the same time I normally do? Sure, I can do that. Search online for other stuff to torrent? Naaah, that's too much work.

Exactly. There's no chance that the Japanese stuff or Lucha Underground or any other promotion really will ever come close to rivaling WWE without a major TV contract, ability to sell out basketball/hockey arenas, and the exposure to match.

Which contributes to the awesomeness. Go to the shows and most of the time there are about 750 to 1000 people. Some shows, under 100. The wrestling is amazing, you can chat with the stars afterwards, get photos, etc. and many go on to the big orgs eventually. Much more fun for me
