Can someone remind me, is there a way to add a qty from your inventory to "ready to be shipped" instead of clicking each one individually? I swear there was about a month ago, but I've either forgotten how to do it, or I was dreaming.

This is one of my favorite threads on BO. I've learned so much from this thread and it's a great place to get quick answers/solutions to problems.

The tone is so incredibly negative these days and it's human nature to complain when we are unhappy and say nothing when we are happy.

With that in mind I just wanted to post this...

15 batches sent in since Jan 2019 -- all processed on time with many cards added before the due date

8 shipments requested since Jan 2019 -- all shipped on time (a couple of them were actually shipped early)

2,000+ cards submitted since Jan 2019 -- Less than 10 cards needing corrections or missing data

Approx 10 cashouts requested -- all processed on time

Perhaps I'm just lucky, but here is a stat worth mentioning

I have sold over 12,000 items on COMC and never had an item returned.

Comparatively I've had 10+ return requests on eBay in the past 200 transactions.

Bottom line: COMC is still an amazing resource for moving cards and I am grateful!

I came in here today to post a positive update on this topic.

I haven't cashed out in quite some time and I don't have the exact dates but I remember being pleasantly surprised with how quickly it was turned around when I cashed out in January.

Ran a couple successful auctions recently and wanted to cash that out -
Request sent to COMC 2/24
Money deposited in Paypal 2/27

Request to funds available was just over 72 hours.

Both of my checks were a couple days later than the 10 days stated. Haven't done a Paypal cash out recently.

I’m missing a couple cards. I may or may not have sent them in to COMC in a previous submission. If I find them Ill give an update.

I’m going to request a cash out soon. Probably PayPal.

I’ve had the same experiences. The perks by far outweigh the negatives in my experience.

I too have had similar experiences. Sure a small issue here and there, but honestly compared to the cards I've moved, and sales they have generated, no other avenue would have netted me as much with the relatively little effort needed to sell on COMC.

Will COMC eventually let us start auctioning off lots of certain hot players ? Zion, Acuna, Mcdavid etc.

Seriously there is no excuse for this. They are focusing on subs that are not due yet and pushing old ones back farther and further because they have nothing to gain financially from them any longer. They are punishing those sellers due to their own negligence.

Sorry this company is falling apart. Once these are finally done I am selling my port and getting out.

Another day another pushback.

The only lots I have heard them mention as a group possibility are port sales or complete Upper Deck ePack sets of base cards. But go ahead and make a request for them to add new functionality. It's probably not too high on their list of priorities, though. Normally bulk lots sell for much less than the individual cards.

Man, their late shipping is really killing me. Was supposed to have a shipment sent 2/24. Went out 2/27. Doesn't look like I'll have it today, so it pushes me out another whole week before I can go through them. They need to stop putting dates if they can't hit them -- especially if they are 3 days behind. That's two shipments in a row that I paid extra shipping for and they are still late.

Why are people still asking for new features when they cannot handle the ones they have now.

I have a complete 18-19 UD S1 and S2 Canvas set, Ygs, POE, Retired Stars, and the 3 card season high light set. That is a prime candidate for ebay. Even the base canvas sets sell for decent money.

Might help clean up a lot of the 2 cent dumpers, either by them listing complete sets, or I'd buy all the base canvas for 2 cents apiece and take my chances with an entire set at auction.

If shipping wasn't so completely out of line, I'd ship the entire set home to myself, but it's going to cost me about $150 to do that

True, but COMC has to be willing to lose a share of that 25 cents per card handling fee in order to make it worthwhile selling complete sets of ePack cards through them. I think a bunch of the Marvel/Alien/Goodwin and UD nonsports sets would sell just fine in complete set form on eBay. I'm not sure what it would take for them to change the way they store cards in order to make complete set sales feasible. But you're right, there would be a collection of flippers willing to buy 100x 2-5 cent cards in order to sell the complete set at $15.

I am a big epack guy, and I sell a lot on comc (stuff from epack that I can't trade or don't want), but I really hope they implement a fee for transferring cards. It would be the easiest way to cut back on the 2 cent dumpers. They would eventually go away, IMO.

What happens when they don’t meet the deadline? Do you save on the fees?

Then COMC would be storing those cards forever with no hope of selling, if people never transfer them to COMC in the first place from ePack. Your idea makes no real sense to me.

Yes, you pay 50% less in submission fees when they do get processed.

How much more is rushed shipping? Honestly I don't mind waiting a bit to get the cards in to save a decent amount of money. Just irritating that the cards didn't even ship by the expected due date let alone the expected ship date.

I’ve opened a few products on release day recently. I’ve never submitted to COMC as soon as a product releases. Is it even worth thinking about sending in base cards immediately upon release? Maybe if you need them to meet the 100 card minimum would be the only way?

It is usually only a few bucks more, depending on how many cards. I figure when I average it out to a per card basis, it isn't really all that much and I get my cards right away. If there was no rush and I was only shipping HOF or PC (little risk of dropping price over the wait) then I would go with basic, however.

I highly recommend not sending base cards in immediately after product release, unless you're talking about a premium product that actually has set collectors. Otherwise, you're just feeding the race to the bottom. Any time I think about doing that, I go looking for cheap cards to flip instead and the feeling goes away.

And as expected, COMC totally revamps their processing model and increases prices as well as processing time. Check out their blog for the details. That being said, I have been killing it on Sportlots.

My dates have been revised exactly as yours have for a ~750 card submission that was due on 2/14. First was 3/2, then 3/6, just checked and now its 3/10. You are not alone brother!
