the thing that's really hurting Gamestop is the digital sales. Xbox made a very calculated move by allowing the gameshare to work the way it does. Basically two accounts can share one game purchase. They did this obviously to pull in more sales and squeeze Gamestop out of the market. While I used to be that physical copy/re-sale guy, I don't mind buying digital when me and a buddy both get the game for the price of one copy.

the amount I save by making a 70 dollar game a 35 dollar game is more than the amount i'd get reselling my physical copy of a game and buying a new (or used) one that only I can play.

I am not aware of this. How is this done? I play with my buddy in Chicago, I live in Indiana, if I download a game how do I go about sharing it with him?

Just look up game sharing on YouTube for the steps...its easy.

Just keep in mind, if you have a credit card linked to your Xbox and the person isn't trustworthy they could use it to d/l whatever they wanted and vice versa.
