definitely keep them separate

i have a personal one i never use, one for cards, and one for watches n whisky etc

much easier to manage.

A lot of people just post their collections, which aren't for sale. Very few people actually list prices. I think though, that in most cases you can ask someone if they'd be willing to trade or sell. I usually politely tell people that I appreciate their interest but that the cards are not for sale.

Occassionally though, the fact that they let me know they were interested leads to a trade. I've done more trading via IG than I ever did here or any other way online.

I caved and made one myself for cards/breaks. It’ll be basketball breaks and auction/antique/collection buys as that’s how I keep myself busy in the hobby nowadays

I’ve been on IG for three months, and have enjoyed it so far. There are some amazing collections being displayed there. I’ve made one purchase on IG, and had no problems.

I never had any social media and just signed up for account on Instagram about a month ago and I love it. EBay taxes are killing buyers & sellers. I found a couple awesome guys that I’ve been buying from. Couldn’t be happier with building relationships on Instagram. I been a hermit collector glad to interact with folks.

IG is the way to go. No more eBay state tax rule and 10 percent fees for every sale. You can go with PayPal only goods and services at 2.9% or friends and family for 0% once you trust the seller. eBay going to lose ton of business if they don’t at least change entire fees to 2.9% for everyone like PayPal has. I believe this run of eBay sellers converting to IG is going to change the future of the buying, trading, selling, and collecting.
