Checklist shows it being group A 1:14,588.

Have no idea on value but I am seeing some things being listed a ridiculous prices.

Hit a Bowen Byram Auto /99 from a break. Looks like a pretty cool card.

Saw these at my target tonight. Metal universe is an instant buy for me! I really enjoyed opening them. Hit one purple /199 of Andrei Svechnikov and a lot of blues, really cool inserts and these two nice ones

I ripped 4 hobby boxes today - pulled a Carter Hart PMG Green, Mitch Marner PMG Red and a Kirill Kaprizov Retro Purple Spectrum #/199 which was probably the best. Fun stuff to open but definitely risky; first box was a total dud.

Educate me a little , I don’t know hockey. A kaprizov red pmg did $380 on eBay last night and hobby boxes are $350 ?

Isn’t that one of the best non autos you can pull out of this product ? Did the hobby just cool on that guy, or are other inserts in this more popular ? What gives ?

Timing. NFL just started, the offseason of NHL and just not paying attention. Add to the fact that some of the cards that are listed will be available on UD epack later on. Skybox Metal Universe was not a high-end item except that the Rubies and PMGs made it elevate.

No one cares how much boxes cost.
They were actually $110 on pre order.

Red pmgs are not rare.
No one cares about inserts/pmgs in hockey.

Yes the market has cooled off for him.
YG down from $300 to $100 or less cad$

His future watch will sell for more.

Wax price in all sports is out of control and not in line with single sales these days. Its been like this for a while. In football a box of Donruss football is $500 and in basketball it was $600. Just like both products, the hardest cards to hit are the drivers of wax prices as they sell for good money.

Skybox Metal is a good product. Expensive at its price point, but so is every box of cards these days. PMGs are still the main attraction and Jambalayas / Platinum portraits. In my opinion, the biggest downside is the checklist missing vets. A better Vet list would have driven this product to be even hotter..

As for PMGs?? They are rare. Thankfully they are serial numbered. Sales of PMGs confirm their in demand popularity. Also the purples are not PMG, they are spectrum. Much different than PMGs

100 pmgs sold for $380

Gotta love the hockey market.

I don't think he is wrong though, its a weird market. And also, as said before, we have the bigger brands like SP Authentic and Ultimate coming out way later than normal, well into the next season.
