I was crazy enough to sleep over at a nearby target (Ashburn/Sterling) and when I got there at midnight, I was 7th in line.... yeap. I was able to get a ton of heritage fat packs, hangers, 2 megas, 2 tins of series 1, unfortunately no basketball since I really wanted to land some blasters. They only had like 6 boxes of bball, baseball seems to be in ample supply thankfully...

EDIT: I wasn't liking Heritage until I pulled mini die cuts of Casey Mize and Fernando Tatis as well as had a TON of error cards where the name of the player is different than the front. Fun stuff

Target in La Plata, MD today was packed with cards. I thought it was March 2020 all over again.

They had about 40 blasters of 2021 Heritage, 10 Heritage hangers, tons of Heritage packs, 6 boxes of 2021 Opening Day, 2 open boxes of 2021 Topps Series 1, and a bunch of 2021 Topps Series thick packs.

My wife bought my Son one pack of 2021 Topps Heritage today at Target. He pulls a Dylan Carlson RC Auto from it.

In my defense, I was waiting in hopes of scoring Prizm Basketball and Optic Football which are impossible to find and resale for hundreds... I just want to buy and pull cards. I was just lucky enough to land mega boxes of Heritage which I haven't seen anywhere... but yea I never slept over night for anything... ANYTHING...but my brother in law somehow convinced me lol...

Slept where? On the sidewalk outside of Target? With 7 other people?

This can't be serious.

Does anyone know what day Wal-Mart typically stocks? I've struck out on finding Heritage Mega Boxes.

Some stock up on Tuesdays after closing and should have inventory Wed morning but that's what I heard from some guys while I was at the Leesburg Walmart. It really has more to do with luck than anything else.

Wife had to stop at the Target in Bristow, grabbed one hanger box and pulled an Alec Bohm Red Auto #/72. Talk about luck!

The things people do to avoid paying a small markup. Jesus christ man. Is your time and the inconvenience of sleeping on a sidewalk not worth anything at all?

Well that night was crazy but I started doing it with my brother in law and it's become like sleep overs lol. We bring food, video games, books, our work and we chill in his large SUV. We place camping chairs against the wall near the entrance of the target and go back to his car. I have no kids and he only sees them on the weekends, we both have Fridays off & our girlfriends have been super supportive so it's worked for us. Baseball has mostly been untouched since there's always ample supply, we've gone for basketball and football. I've been making $4-600 every Friday since just to hang out with my brother in law, get cards keep some sell the rest... it's worked for us financially and socially. Your lifestyle may make something like this impossible but it's worked perfectly for us. So as my nieces quite eloquently put it, don't be jelly lol.

I don't know if it's even worth posting about, but Springfield Target had Heritage and Opening Day packs this morning.

Anybody know where to find football/basketball in the wild around the Baltimore County/Metro area?
