I had a 2013-14 Panini Signatures Dynamic Ink Red Joe Johnson redemption (on card, of 10) that I bought and redeemed soon after the product came out. Today I received an e-mail that they swapped it out for 150 points. Big disappointment for me right there.

It does not specify... It just says that and a fedex smartpost tracking ID.
My issue is that Panini didn't port over the data from the old redemption site to the new one, so I have no way of seeing anything other than what is in the emails.

My replacements arrived today! Thanks to 4barrel for those email addresses. Added those and got a package to Australia in less than a week. Not sure value wise, probably close but I’m happy with these. I love the kaboom and still like KD, just glad that it’s finally done.
Was waiting on Steve Nash NT inscribed auto /10, Bill Russel NT auto /25, kawhi prizm auto /25, another kawhi and some other random autos and got these…

For those who were successful, did you accept their new redemption terms before they sent you the replacement? I have not accepted their new terms and cannot know my status at all because the new terms pop up every time I logged on the app or the website.

I did accept the new terms when they first forced it before you could log in.

It only took two emails a week apart for me to get a replacement sent out. I copied the following on both:

Never got an actual response, just notification that my ticket was closed and the replacement had shipped.

2012-13 NT Dual Auto Kemba/Drummond /25 replaced with a Myles Turner 2017-18 Gold Standard gold coin auto /20. The dual probably was a $200-$300 back then.

I got one of those Durant green shimmer's /15 on the way as well. Had all these replaced for a Barkley tribute 1982 gold auto /10, the Durant /15 auto and a Jordan Poole critically acclaimed noir auto /99 (asked for Dame, Ja and Poole as replacements). Wish OG signed but not bad really

I received a 2015 Immaculate Collection Multisport auto of…….Dearica Hamby (sticker auto #/99)

This was apparently of equal or greater value to a Frank Ntilikina RC auto from spectra

Maybe they’re close-ish in value but I’d bet the Frank would sell easier. They could’ve at least sent me an NBA card

I thought I had done a replacement for all my open redemption years ago. Got an e-mail last week saying 3 redemptions were being replaced. Checked the Panini website and show 3 redemptions recently closed and shipped with 3 more open and in progress. All 6 are low end from over 10 years ago. Just got the 1st one in for a 2012 Select Tyshawn Taylor /399. Pretty happy with the replacement and can't wait to see what else the decided to send.

I have what is likely replacements coming for three 2015 mudiay national treasures rpa /99 purchased around release. Will be interesting to see what I get. I believe they were worth ~400 or so when I got them (and redeemed). Assume they will replace these at current value (not much) but who knows.

Thank You for your help with those 2 emails.

Although I did not get a personal response, I did get a message that per my emailed statements and request, "I'm done waiting and would like a replacement" that a replacement is en route to me now.

So I had a Barkley and a Ewing autograph

I personally looked on eBay (where I actually also bought the redemptions) and feel the Barkley is worth $150-200 and the Ewing is worth $300-500)

I now wonder what I'll get in return as what Panini may deem "comparable"

It sounds like 2 different cards, not a culmination of the valuation of the pair.

Hopefully it's not quantity trash for quality treasure and is same sport (Basketball) with a customer service effort to do "equal to or better than" compensation to "wow" a customer in appreciation for waiting...

I'm confused on how some of you do not know what you are getting when you see it's been shipped. The past 2 redemption replacements I had, they clearly identified on the site within the redemption ticket, what card they were replacing it with - so I knew what was coming to me.

Ive been emailing the folks above for the past 2 weeks every other day for an update.

Same. Are you guys looking at your closed tickets on the website? If you open the ticket, you should see "Original Request" and "Modification".
