Go down to the bottom for “additional names” that are likely some of the ones you hope not to hit for $300+ but still some good names there too!

Additional Names Include (Alphabetically):
Norm Abram, Forrest J. Ackerman, Brooke Adams, Douglas Adams, Andre Agassi, Christina Aguilera, Jenny Agutter, Danny Aiello, Troy Aikman, Anouk Aimee, Jessica Alba, Edward Albee, Eddie Albert, Madeline Albright, Buzz Aldrin, Jason Alexander, Muhammad Ali, Joan Allen, Mel Allen, Gregg Allman, Herb Alpert, Carol Alt, Tori Amos, Wally ‘Famous’ Amos, Morey Amsterdam, Trey Anastasio, Ian Anderson, Jon Anderson, Loni Anderson, Louie Anderson, Richard Anderson, Julie Andrews, Jennifer Aniston, Paul Anka, Susan Anton, Christina Applegate, Luke Appling, Joan Armatrading, Tom Arnold, Bea Arthur, Rich Ashburn, Richard Ashcroft, Arthur Ashe, Ed Asner, Ian Astbury, John Astin, Sean Astin, Chet Atkins, Christopher Atkins, David Attenborough, Gene Autry, Frankie Avalon, Julius Axelrod, Lyle Azado, Burt Bachrach, Joan Baez, Carroll Baker, Scott Bakula, Alec Baldwin, James Baldwin, William Baldwin, Lucille Ball and Ted Kennedy, Martin Balsam, Ernie Banks, Roger Bannister, Christine Baranski, Clive Barker, Charles Barkley, Roseanne Barr, Mrtin Barre, Majel Barrett, Chuck Barris, Sydney Biddle Barrows, Billy Barty, Carmen Basilio, Kim Basinger, Justine Bateman, Alan Bates, Kathy Bates, Ned Beatty, Warren Beatty, Beck, Jeff Beck, Chuck Bednarik, Harry Belafonte, Shari Belafonte, Jean Beliveau, Jim Belushi, Richard Belzer, Peter Benchley, Tony Bennett, Robby Benson, Candice Bergen, Milton Berle, Corbin Bernsen, Bill Berry, Halle Berry, Raymond Berry, Pete Best, Dickey Betts, Turhan Bey, Joe Biden, Peter Billingsley, Juliette Binoche, Bjork, Lewis Black, Honor Blackman, Linda Blair, Tony Blair, William Peter Blatty, Blind Melon, Claire Bloom, Robert Bly, Ann Blyth, Peter Bogdanovich, Jon Bon Jovi, Danny Bonaduce, Pat Bone, Karla Bonoff, Bjorn Borg, Anthony Bourdain, Bowzer (Sah Na Na), Ray Bradbury, Zach Braff, Kenneth Branaugh, Jonathan Brandis, David Brenner, Jeremy Brett, Lloyd Bridges, Wilfred Brimley, Christie Brinkley, Matthew Broderick, Tom Brokaw, Brooks and Dunn, Garth Brooks, Gwendolyn Brooks, Herb Brooks, Kix Brooks, Pierce Brosnan, Joyce Brothers, Jim Brown, Ron Brown, Jackson Browne, Dave Brubeck, Jack Bruce, Kobe Bryant, Art Buchwald, Peter Buck, Lindsey Buckingham, Jeff Buckley, Don Budge, Michael Buffer, Delta Burke and Gerald McRaney, Chris Burke, Delta Burke, Carol Burnett, Ken Burns, Ellen Burstyn, Steven Buscemi, Bush (Gavin, Nigel, Robin), Geezer Butler, Red Buttons, David Byrne, Gabriel Byrne, Sid Caesar, Sammy Cahn, Cab Calloway, Matt Cameron, Glen Campbell, Nick Cannon, Jose Canseco, Jerry Cantrell, George Carlin, Kitty Carlisle, Mary Chapin Carpenter,
You can check your own Pop Culture IQ by simply going through the names above. If you are high functioning in this regard, you will know at least 95% of them, by which I mean being able to picture the vast majority of their faces and know their occupations (and if they are actors, know some of their movies, and if singers, some of their songs, if athletes, what sports, if politics, what party etc...).

There are sadly, at least a couple of people who later committed suicide listed including Bourdain and Brandis, as well as some people who died young including Kobe and singer Jeff Buckley.

I wonder if that's actually "Pat Bone" as listed, or perhaps, Pat Boone.
I'm thinking it's Boone, but in any case, both are beloved figures best known for selling hot dogs, after a fashion.

Good luck on pulls, whoever gets them. I'll do a cursory check for singles to maybe pick one up that way, but I suspect many of the choicest subjects won't ever even hit Ebay.

Default My picks...

Never gonna get the box price back from most of these. The bold ones are somewhat tough, or popular, but not overly expensive.

If I could have any five, I'd take:
Danny Aiello, George Carlin, Muhammad Ali, James Baldwin, and Bjork.
Then again, if it's "Take 5", I might have to go with Dave Brubeck in one of the spots.

Pretty cool that just in this small sampling, you can make a nice "Exorcist" set, with the two female leads of the movie, Linda Blair and Ellen Burstyn, as well as the author of the book, William Peter Blatty. There's a chance that Friedkin (director) and possibly Jason Miller and Max Von Sydow, the two male leads, are in the collection, too. Not sure if Mrs. Ances ever encountered Pazuzu, and if he'd have been willing to sign.

The band signed ones have some added value, too. The Blind Melon must be rare, due to the early death of the singer, Shannon Hoon.

Leaf just offered me an opportunity to buy Polaroid packs for $20 each. From what I understand, these are extra Polaroids from the lot that they bought. It said they are either unidentifiable or autos they didn’t deem strong enough to be in the product. I like that because it sounds like they aren’t just throwing every Polaroid into the product. Hopefully that makes this product even stronger.

^ Ooh, I'd buy one just for the fun of it.
Is this a public offer (or unique to you)?

That is interesting, I wonder if that lowers the amt of autos that are in this set. Certainly doesn't seem like '7500' is an accurate number now.

Haha, probably autographed Polaroids of random wardrobe/make-up artists, etc.

They said Polaroid "Packs". I assume more than one would come in a pack. If its 5 per "pack" and $4 each, would be a fun mystery pack to open. At $20 per photo, thats just stupid.

They had Cam Ward packs that had 1 card on them. They had Dylan Harper packs with 1 card in them. Likely these will have 1 Polaroid in them.

This list is nuts. Looking at Rock Hudson, John Denver, Jeff Buckley, Rodney Dangerfield, Bill Hicks, 'Blind Melon', Frank Zappa, Gene Kelly, Lucille Ball. These folks have been gone a while and 'on card' seems crazy.

As on-card as a cut auto I guess lol

I like the concept but some of you are acting like these are the first autographs to be found of these people to be available in years or that they came back to sign cards. This is literally a Polaroid being stuck inside a card, no different than some of the custom cut autos I’ve seen people create on here, they just didn’t win a Polaroid auction.

No, just in the list you quoted the only one I'm fairly certain has a cut out there is Lucy.

The coolest thing about these is the provenance. I mean, sure, somebody could've signed or forged a Polaroid photo years later, but to combine a signature on the photo of most likely the moment before it was signed is pretty darn cool.

And yes, that item is now slapped on a card, but in my opinion it's that much cooler (even though it's Leaf).

It's just very unique, won't have subsequent releases to water it down, and no parallels. Just nice to see something different even if it isn't for you. Price does not seem unreasonable since the print run is what it is and there's many highly desirable names included.

To be fair I only quoted as I was responding to said post. My point was I can easily find a Rodney Dangerfield auto and do what Leaf did. The Polaroid thing is cool and unique heck I’ve tried to find more info on the lady who did it. But it’s not like (I think) these are licensed by estates or anything so in reality as I said anyone could have bought this lot and made custom cards. I like the idea just seems abit overboard acting like Leaf found the lost treasure lol these autos didn’t even get attention (here, they did at auction) until Leaf became involved….and while this is a card board there’s threads on signed books/albums in here so not out of the realm of possibility lol I’ll reel in the criticism until I can see some opened and if it’s worth the high price tag in reality for the names pulled in say a case and how well these do aftermarket. While some names are huge it’s also Leaf where you can get the top names in sports for a fraction of other autos so we’ll see.
