I personally think it's a hoot. Can barely see the names of the players, see-through white pants, alternative uniforms not being delivered to teams on time, and my personal favorite - how ridiculous the gray dye jobs are - can't even match the shirts with the pants!!

That gray is terrible! Even more evident with the sweat.

Of course the Players Union absolved Fanatics from having any blame. I'm sure the fact that that have an ownership stake in the company had nothing to do with it.

Laughable to think anyone believes Fanatics just makes whatever they’re told without any input into any step of the process.

Correct, just like the earlier press in support of uniforms was filled with quotes from Nike athletes.

Nike and Fanatics fighting could be fun.

The MLBPA went all-in on it being Nike's fault.

Steel-cage death match, let's go!

The MLBPA's memo to the players is blunt and unequivocal -- Nike is to blame for the uniform issues.

Everyone who bashed Fanatics for this were wrong, just like many who were wrong about the Ohtani scandal.

Read my previous note. The MLBPA owns Fanatics, of course they aren't going to say Fanatics shares any blame.

It seems like Nike could make any changes to the uniforms they wanted without player approval, as long as the league signed off on them -- and it bit them in the behind.

The whole point of the uniform agreement with the league is so Nike could market their company to fans -- what a disaster.

I don't know if this is the right place to talk about current gamer jerseys of MLB teams but here goes.

I recently bought some game used from Jackie Robinson day.

Upon closer inspection after purchase to my mistake the letters are smaller then before, faus stitching and NOT double stitched multi layer letters or numbers, arm patch is plastic and not fully embroidered like before. Actually dog dooky.

I talked to the kiosk seller about it and he said it is their new lightweight jersey.

Aside from being game used it is crap. To me they look like the replica jerseys sold in team store at 125-150 each. The actual game used and most like these cost 250 from Nike to the team.

For my future money it will likely remain in my pocket.

They’re the equivalent of the old Swingman jerseys. Not sure if Nike still makes those for NBA. The middle ground between an authentic jersey and a cheap replica. Pretty unbelievable that anyone gave these jerseys the okay.

That's super disappointing when you were expecting previous quality.

Interesting UFC Midnight box opening between Dana White and Rubin. Loaded box for Michael? Nah.

They aren’t over their heads. They’re just ruining everything about sportscards.

White wasn't even willing to play along.

Rubin: People might not know that we get audited to ensure fairness.

White: Sure.

Self audit.

Has anyone ever failed one?

Good on Dana for not playing along.

It would have been smart to have the loaded box for Dana but maybe somebody goofed. Just like everything else they do.

Or like the soccer player and all the boxes are loaded.

The video doesn't have what the actual cards were, Dana was just yelling that it was loaded because of the names. But based on those hits, I'm not sure I would have called that a loaded box. Looked like a base Liddell auto, a Wanderlei Silva to 99, and a Jeremiah Wells (?) auto. It was a base Islam and a #/5 Bo Nickels. Dana's box had a Mark Coleman #/12 auto and a Robbie Lawler auto.

If either of those boxes were posted here, nobody would be saying they were sent loaded boxes. Not saying Dana isn't right with his accusation, but that was a pretty weak box to make it on.

Tier 1 is being pre-released today. Sucks that Topps used to have a few products that were hit based but on the lower end where you can get an affordable chance at a big name auto. I used to buy boxes in 2017-2019 for under $100 but once they got over it then it was buying singles only.

A mere $239.99.

It’s the breaker price.

They sell initially to who will pay the most, then discount the rest at a lower price when the breakers are done with it.

That’s when the individual opener “release date” is, after the breakers have moved on to the next product.

We get the sloppy seconds.
