If I had spent enough to qualify for Platinum I'd be pretty peeved at missing out on the stuff being made available to the other big spenders just because I live across the Pacific.

Not quite sure why non-US collectors are excluded. Topps can ship all the cards I purchase to Oz, and any bonus cards I qualify for, so why can't they ship rewards program cards?

If it's about shipping costs then why can't they just have a clause that says overseas buyers are welcome, but will pay a surcharge for shipping?

If I was a Platinum spender I'd also love to have the option of flying over to a VIP event to meet other Topps Now addicts.

#Sad Aussie!
I understand the frustration but honestly it probably has to do with some weird tax laws that can impact memberships/promotions in certain countries

I don't get a loyalty plan option, so I must not be eligible, unless it doesn't work on a cell phone.

I received below email just now, and wondering (hoping) if it have to do anything with the platinum member club.
It's my first time receiving such message from usps/topps.
But, it could also be just one of the card that was missing from my wbc team set which i asked them to re-send.

I hope we don't get a card every time Bryant gets 2 hits and 3 RBIs in a game ...

that's only thru 4 innings.... if he gets 5-6 RBIs... I'm guessing his chances at a card are pretty good.

No Platinum for me today. I probably lost out to the guys that spent a ton on the relics. Something I only bought 1 of.

But I did spend $2500 or so on non-baseball Topps Now.

Oh well, it was exciting for a bit hoping...

Has anybody been able to sign up for the Loyalty Program yet? There is no link for anything but the rules for me.

I am still shocked that Topps did this with the platinum membership. We definitely scored.

Yes we did. I think someone up in management understands the following - "80% of your sales come from 20% of your clients.". In this case, they probably ran the numbers and realized 80% of their sales came from the top 25 people. Makes you wonder, what the number 1 person spent last year

Hopefully the Private VIP Event is a free fully paid trip to the Topps HQ in NY. Then, they will present all 25 of us with a 2016 Topps NOW Chrome Edition Set

Plus, they probably ran other numbers that show "Topps Now Baseball" is the gateway to buying all the other Topps Now products. I'm very impressed with Topps Now's management team.

IN ADDITION to ^, maybe even invite us out one evening to their Yankee Luxury Suite before the event? Perfect time to create a "personalized game used moment" for all the Platinum members at the game before the Private VIP event....oh, forgot to **cough** (means hint).

By the way, this Private VIP Event is exactly the way to get the other big dogs from other Topps products into Topps Now. I would imagine some may still think this is a 1 off. Topps Now is 1000% the wave of the future.

I know it's mostly jealousy, but I considered myself a pretty loyal Topps Now purchaser last year. Started with card 3. Bought direct. Spent close to $10k. Totally get that's not good enough for top 25 or platinum, but the perks from platinum to hall of fame is kind of ridiculous. A $20 coupon and a free card a month is not even in the same universe to the platinum perks. Would have been nice to see a gold or silver level for early supporters that included a signed card /100 or /199 or something.

I know it won't happen but fingers crossed they make a Jeremy Hazelbaker card for tomorrow. Dude has started his dbacks career a perfect 7 for 7 and has reached safely in his first 8 plate appearances which is a franchise record. I mean dbacks got like 2 cards all of last year so I'm not holding out hope.
