Yeah... I saw that! Wish it would have stayed down a bit longer. At any rate... moving some funds to cash to hopefully buy FRXB if/when it is available this week.

Just sold my remaining shares of BLFDF for a 79% gain. Will buy it again if it dips.

Just got home from my 2nd vaccine shot, see my buy order for more Domino's (DPZ) filled. It just became my biggest single stock holding.

I may have missed it, what's the draw to Dominos?

I wish I could give you a well-thought out detailed reply based on numbers and projections but my answer's pretty straight: I was in TXRH, DRI, CAKE at various times previously in the last 6 months and while people rotate into them and seemingly out of the companies that have boomed with pickup and delivery during the pandemic I'm willing to buy in at what I believe to be a reduced rate. I looked at CMG, which I'm still keeping an eye on, and the delivery pizza game.

Pizza Hut is too busy coming out with their next novelty item and doesn't come alone, won't touch Papa John's, so will continue to bet on the market leader that will continue to deliver a solid product while improving everything else they do around it.

I'm not sure what earnings on Thursday will bring, what the reaction will be, but I think 2021 will be another nice one. (Disclaimer: I may have bias, just look at my name "big." I like food and my profile picture doesn't help.)

Brutal day. Everything going beautifully and then bond yields have to go spoil the party

CCIV down 30% after hours to $40/sh from $57 close. Might be worth trying to catch the bounce?

Brutal day for me on paper. Bought in on some dips, but still holding roughly 35% cash for any further pullbacks.

Haven’t played LULU in a while, but felt it was at a good value for a short term swing.

Looks like some great discounts coming our way. Correction will help many capitalize on some missed opportunities. Love it.

Like to pat myself on the back for being right for once with a gut feeling but now I don’t know how long it will last so I’m going to start buying with 10% of my cash per day moving forward.

Yeah... premarket looks like another red day. I’m sitting on more cash in my trading account now than at any point in last 12 months. Was squirreling some of that fro FRXB’s eventual listing but it’s possible I end up using those funds elsewhere.

DMYD looks like it is dipping 8% premarket... might dip back in what I sold off yesterday if it stays under $19. VGAC also down another 5%. AI back under $120. FRX back under $14. I’ve been playing the swings on all of those the last 3 months and could see getting back into or adding all of them.

I will also look for a big name to buy on the dip. Typically when market is down overall I put money into MSFT or V.

Is CCIV worth picking up at the now 38% drop to $36/sh? Or is Lucid turning out to be a bad target for the spac?

I can see today being impossible to buy anything for first 20 mins on eTrade.

I think they'll be better things on sale today. I did buy a little since I was initially in it but nothing huge.

Have no idea what has filled and what hasn't for me on Charles Schwab.

Ended up picking up

100 DMYD @ $18.10
150 FRX @ $13.66
50 CCIV @ $33.78

And that’s the end of my settled cash for today. Need to wait until tomorrow for more of my cash to settle. I try to avoid buying potential flippers with unsettled cash so I don’t accidentally trigger a warning.

Total Bloodbath! At least eTrade isn’t slow in processing buy orders. Kind of surprised there.

Big oof. Cathie forgive me, but I had to do some de-risking. I did pick up some juicy SPY leaps near the bottom of the initial drop this morning.

Shoutout to JMarch again for the NXST mention in the last thread. Sold around $129 but bought back late last week at $124. One of the few bright spots today. Great quarter from them.

Looks like we are seeing a bit of an uptick off the lows now.

Added some AAPL here below 100 day MA.

Debating if I should sell CRM for roughly 7% gain and rotate to AAPL or hold through earning in a couple of days?

I’m actually happy with how today shook out. Got into some new positions and added to some positions at a discount. CCIV already showing a 12% gain for me.
