Shanny’s offense can make most QBs look good. I’d like to see the full year of Purdy. He doesn’t have to do much other than manage the game with all that talent. How’s his arm strength?

As a Niner guy I got in early on stuff because I thought he was neat story - I bought stuff at $4/card - and my PSA returns gemmed.

There is a world where he wins a SB.

There's also one where he gets injured due to his little frame and Darnold takes over.

Spend cautiously at these prices.

I totally get he’s not Mahomes or Brady for sure, that’s why I’d only be willing to spend <$200 on him at this point. I’m pretty conservative when it comes to buying for the PC but I like his story and he’s easy to root for. Even if he loses his job and whatever card I buy goes to zero I won’t miss any meals.

His arm strength is a question I’m still wanting an answer to.

I’m a fan and hope he continues to manage the current system in order to allow Shanahan to expand the field.

One concern I have is the 49’ers already kicked 6 field goals meaning they need to be more efficient.

I've been posting in the Ohtani thread for 4 years about how much his cards would go up and how he would eventually turn into the GOAT and I don't think I've gotten a single negative reaction in there. At least not that I can remember. It surely happened during his down seasons when people would come in to laugh at me of my idea of Ohtani turning into MVP caliber but that's probably it. I will say I'm not confused at the SleeperCards guy's reaction after his first couple replies to me. He's like the MoreToppsPlease of the football forums, a generally angry person that doesn't spend much time off the internet. Guess that's why they're both on the ignore list

Bottom line: I'm in the *Brock Purdy* thread cheering on *Brock Purdy* and his cards
