Yeah i guess if u need the money u need to sell... but if u can hold esp anything rare, low #'d is gonna take off...

Ive got optic, prizm- The one i WANT NOW more than any other is a nice Revolution! Id consider anything PSA 10, but really would like a /88 chinese emerald if anyone here has one for a fair price!

What’s the more sought after card, 2018 blue crusade or 2018 revolution cubic? Talking long term hold with no intent to sale. Which would you rather have in your collection?

Why not wait for next year. We think weve seen it all with Luka over past 6 months, truthfully we havent seen anything yet.
Wait until hes MVP next year or year after. Even top 3 mvp next year, monster triple doubles and winning will make his stuff as hot as anyone again. At some point in next year or two PSA 10 prizm will be appraoching 4-5k. It went from $200 ton $2200 so far this season.... next year i say if it starts at 2k, its 4k by end of season easily

I love Luka, own a lot of his stuff, and hope it all keeps going to the moon.

I don’t disagree with any of your prognostications purely from a basketball standpoint, but a huge mitigating factor in this run up has been COVID and the economic conditions it has helped to exacerbate. While Luka is very likely to become one of the all time greats, his talent and performance aren’t the only reasons that his flagship RC has gone up 10x this year. In fact, they may not even be the primary reason.

That said...I hope you’re right!

I regret selling my Select Premier Silver PSA 10 for $1450 and my Green Prizm PSA 10 for $800 a month ago.

I would take the Cubic. Crusade is great, no doubt. But it’s limited by not being it’s own set. Revolution is just gaining steam and has tremendous upside as a set.

Ok, Thanks for your input. I’ll keep that in consideration. I’m planning on making one more big purchase soon then taking a break until the end of the year. I’ll be buying lower end items while i replenish funds. These Luka prices have eaten into my budget.

10 days ago this was maybe $2000-2500?

Right now, it's probably $4-5K.

In another week (when the auction ends), who knows? Luka will have 2-3 playoff games under his belt by then. If the Mavs win the 1st game against the Clippers and Luka drops a crazy triple double, I could see this being $6-7K.

If they get swept and he is totally shut down by Kawhi/PG, maybe it goes back to $2500 levels?

And that blue crusade was only a min BGS 9.5, so $4-5K for a PSA 10 sounds about right.

I just got a bgs 9 certified blue for $275 on ebay 2 weeks ago...near beginning of August...

Has to be bc its 0.5 off Gem Mint graded copies...

I would think a 9.5 would be 1000 or more or 0.5 off seem CRAZY PRICEY

But hey if it went from 275 to 975 in 2 weeks, even better! but def bc of those subs and funny thing is corners show white in two spots, my bgs 9 looks much nicer but lower subs

I have 111 rookies there now. Thankfully none of them are been there even close to that amount of time. Quite a few different subs so I can have multiple Christmas's this year (hopefully).
