I am at an interesting crossroads. Got my 2 sets yesterday (from 12/31 pre order), one of the set’s shrink wrap was very loose due to one of the corners being indented significantly. Wasn’t planning on opening these sets, but the corner is so indented (3 inches) that it would be unlikely that no cards got bent.

I’m debating calling Fanatics to try to get a replacement (0% chance considering these shipping woes), or opening the set and hoping the cards being bent by the indentation are random base and not Zion.

Anyone know if the green wave pack goes across the top of the set, or is on an end?

why? i think greens are disproportionately too low compared to silvers - only 700 of each green produced.

top of set. all base are on the left hand side if i remember right, but lebron and luka are in the first 50ish cards.

I'd open, skip dealing with Fanatics, and if there are issues, deal with Panini replacement. Not that I think they are doing this, but especially if they are still printing these, would probably be easy enough to still swap them with exact cards.

If I'm being completely honest, to say that I am perturbed beyond adequate description, would be an understatement!?!!

Talk about arse-backwards, laissez faire business practice, lack of common sense, & point-blank STUPIDITY!!?!? How on God's green earth do you fulfill orders which were placed (up to) within the last 10-14 days, yet...untold numbers of orders that were placed...NEARLY TWO FULL MONTHS AGO,...still have yet to be shipped out, let alone,...haven't/can't be provided with a SIMPLE, STRAIGHTFORWARD ANSWER as to when their respective orders will ship...?!!?!

I won't point the finger as to who dropped the ball on this one (Fanatics, Panini, some other 3rd Party), but whoever is at the top of the food chain as it pertains to this DEBACLE, should get a swift-quick in their..."you know whats"...from every customer who's been SCREWED OVER by their HORRENDOUS fulfillment/logistical operations!!

There; now I feel a lil' bit better!!

While I HEAR you and AGREE with everything you mentioned. For us poor saps, in the product info it did explicitly mention these sets would likely not ship until mid April. So in any case, they are ahead of schedule but of course it would be nice to see them fulfill orders from months ago before the recent orders.

It's because anything having to do with Panini is never done correctly. Fanatics is simply letting the Panini stench of sh*t business rub off on them.

My friend made 3 orders of 5 sets.

He's now already gotten 2 of his 3 orders in. Both were the more recent orders.

I made 3 orders that totalled 6 sets.

All before he made the first order.

I've not even gotten a tracking number on any of my 3 orders.

How can your shipping people be that slow/lazy?

Ordered 3 on 1/31, charges remain pending on my credit card, no order number/tracking/anything.

Someone at Fanatics should bring this thread to the attention of someone high up in their company. This is far from logical and is very bad customer service.

What date did you order list as expected ship and delivery? I ordered on 2/11 and it said I would get the order on 3/5. I actually got it a bit faster than that.

Got my 1 lb. Fedex package from the Fanatics purchases on eBay that were cancelled (10 sets on the night when everyone was buying). They gave me a $75.00 coupon with an apology letter that they were out of stock.

Better than nothing.

It will not be "better than nothing" if they cancel my 40 box order placed in January...

Eek, I don't like the sounds of them starting to cancel orders... $75 coupon is a joke since it requires you to shop with them again after pretty terrible service.

I would not put it past whomever at Panini (because I assume they are fulfilling orders) or Fanatics sees our lovely, discounted, larger orders - and know what most all of us plan to do with them - especially now that they see the aftermarket sales of these gold mines - intentionally did this to not only annoy some, but also knowingly did so to make sure the market cools by the time those orders are fulfilled - and if they do intend to run out or cancel - do so to these cheaper/discounted bulk orders.

Fanatics puts out what, 3 to 5 exclusive card products a year? They don't care about card buyers/re sellers. Small drop in their bucket per year. We, as card people, are nothing to them. And if we didn't buy this stuff, the next people in line would have.

Suck it up, it sucks, don't buy from them going forward, etc. - maybe you are losing some profit on these by the time you get them, but it is obvious they probably know what they are doing here and don't care what you think. Deal with it, still flip them for good money, and move on to the next product. You won't be the first one with a green Zion on the Bay, but we all know you will still be making serious money on it vs the entry fee we all paid with those coupon codes and gift cards.

Start thinking of Mosaic, and how much you are willing to spend on the dutch auction for NT. Life goes on...
