I agree..however there is a problem

he was also over before when he was doing his impersonations/mockings as a heel before..

how is he going to keep the fans on his side when he trys to play the straight wrestler without the goofy personality side to his gimmick

He was a solid heel as the intellectual savior as well. He's definitely versatile, so even if he replaces Santino and has feuds like Miz did with Cena back in 2009 with a lot of gimmick matches he can still be a solid piece. He did less mimicking today, so hopefully they'll split at Rumble and he'll eliminate Miz.

That's a good point.

I kind of relate it to Bryan. He was over before but when he was paired with Kane in team hell no it took him into another galaxy. It allowed him to connect with even more people that were not sold on him before.

You guys are missing the point. The show starts with Lesnar coming out as an unstoppable monster. He's willing to go through Triple H to get to Rollins.

2 hours later, he's a cool headed "prize fighter" who only takes fights on the big stage.
So, the last 7 days weren't enough to cool off, but the last 2 hours were, due to a stipulation working in his favor? When then what's the point of playing him up as a hotheaded beast, when he's going to let a cooler head prevail?
It's a character reversal in the middle of a show.

Oh man this 55 year old man on the titantron is so terrifying! All seven of us have to forget what we're doing and concentrate on him!

Wrestling today shells in comparison to wrestling in the 80s and 90s.

So 2 good as confirmed matches for WM in HHH/Sting and Undertaker/Wyatt gives a solid 2nd and 3rd best match already. Too soon for a Shield triple threat match?

I thought it would be Orton, but Sting was even more of a surprise. Loved seeing Lesnar wreck everyone too. Awesome Raw. Which means HHH probably booked it.

I watched an old ascension promo presentation skills on youtube where guys in nxt would cut a promo in the performance center. Viktor did good with Konnor acting as the "brawn" behind the scenario. With this new gimmick however, it isn't gonna go anywhere.

that's if Taker is ok to go

figure you are going to still have to have matches with Ambrose, Rollins, Cena, Reigns, Lesnar, Orton, Barrett, Rusev, and Orton at least. Tons of talent to use

Hopefully they don't lump most of them into the battle royale. Rusev over Cena would be a good match.

Ascension need a talker even the greats like LOD/Demolition and others had a manager who talked for them.

Yeah.....No one is coming from the rafters anymore and this is not a joke, WWE will never take that chance again.

agreed.

I'd say they are more like Harlem Heat when they first started. Can't really handle the mic so they put Sherri and Col. Parker with them

Paul and Fuji would usually start the promo and they would leave spots for their wrestlers to finish. I didn't mean they would cut the whole promo for them.
