Thing went pretty cheap in comparison. Maybe combination of 0 feedback and declining prices caused this. "Bowman" not in the title either. Nah, I am thinking the seller will not honor that auction for whatever reason they choose.

Sell a card they don't have and using your money until you realize you're not getting it and open a claim to get your money back. Assuming they're not just using a new account and defrauding PayPal it's a temporary loan, interest free, when they pay you back.

In these instances, eBay should require that the sellers 10% fee, in addition to the 100% refund,goes back to the seller. Taking a 10% loss would ultimately eliminate this from happening.

Yes that would actually deter scammers like this loser from selling cards that they don't have.

I was the winner in this and asked for more pictures before I make the payment but so far he hasn't been able to produce one.

Rather than get into money issues, simply have sellers post a ebay ID next to the product. This is done on a FB page I use, makes it simple to prove you have the product, or at least had it at some point. No watermarks, no photoshop (would be easy to spot)
