Those will be few and far between. They were hard enough to hit last year before the print run shot through the roof. Those hoarding should have put their money into the Walmart sets instead.

Yup, the odds are crazy high this year. But, will be good to see one pulled on here! No matter if it's AA! lol

Got my two boxes from Walmart in today. Struck out on parallels, all foil boards were duds and the top right corner of both Alvarez variations were pretty dinged up. One of the Robert base had one edge that looked to be cut with a serrated blade as well.

With all that said....going to try and buy more lol

Not sure if this has been asked/answered but 45 pages is a lot to look through in order to find out.

What is the difference between the /229 & /264 Foilboard cards. I keep seeing them on eBay and the listings say they are both from the complete sets. What is the difference between the two?

229 hobby
264 retail green boxes

Both are foil, but the 264's look way nicer!

/229 = Hobby Set
/264 = Walmart Retail (Green) Set

The foil pattern is different on them. The hobby is the traditional pattern we've had for years. The retail appears to be a mix of the traditional design and has diagonal lines.

Purple sets not getting too much attention or sales. Appears maybe $80-85. Is it worth it to the flippers and botters at this price?

I may go look for some more of these tonight when I get off. I have a few other Walmarts within a 30 minute drive that usually don't get hit quickly.

5 WM sets from ebay arrived. 1 Gold Star set and best foil was Vlad.

Probably not to flip. You'd likely be better off opening and selling off the parts, especially if you got a color variation.

If you were working in large quantities, grading would come in to help maximize profit potential, but you'll be waiting a while for PSA.

Exactly what the sellers of the green boxes are doing on eBay right now. They'd make more than $10 profit by just opening and parting out the contents. Especially if they hit a decent foilboard or a parallel set.

That’s why I asked. I got one for myself but they had 6 all together and thought about getting one to sell, but not for minimal gain.
