Went to the salvation army store about an hour from me today, and it was really...odd...everything under armour was $15 and everything US polo Assn was $15. Not polo, but the fake brand. Picked up a nice Orvis 100% wool coat for $5 a few Eddie bauer shirts for $2 a real polo pullover 1/4 zip for $4 an east Carolina pirates pullovervfor $5 3 superbowl t shirts for $1 each and a long sleeved bulls T for $2. Red tags were half off.

Forgot some pics. Also got a van Halen eruption shirt for a buck. As to the pictures, I will take any advice I can get. I have a real nice camera. I think part of it is I am using the flash. Would it he better off to directly shine light on the items?

Polo Assn isn't fake. It's the brand of the United State Polo Association. It's low end though. And they rip off RL designs but not fake.

Yeah, I know. It's a real brand, just low end and tries to look like real polo. Looks like that orvis coat should cover my whole trip and then some, but I may keep it. Gonna drop it at the dry cleaners tomorrow.

Depends on how unique they are. Most of them I would say not enough profit in them to make it worth it.

Gotcha. So ignore the plain dress shirts. Picked up a Barbour shirt today NWT for 7 bucks though.

Sometimes I will pull the trigger on those at TJ Maxx if they have like a skull print all over or something other than a plain solid color. They are almost $200 shirts new and the market is there for them.

Went to the last day of an estate sale here this morning bought about 20 snapback advertising caps for 1.00..

A franklin mint coin set for 15.00 sells for about 75.00

A set of 50 US States Wooden Nickels for 3.00. These sell for about 3 to 5 each.

Thanks for the tip! Was at Marshall's and saw them, but they were all just checked or plain.

I have a shipping question for all of you.

I got these mugs in a Bag of Crap a while back and have been trying to sell them. They are new in box and have styrofoam padding in the box. What is my best way to ship one? Could I ship them in the box or should I do a flat rate box? The mug weighs around 1 pound 5 ounces in the box. I have a couple people interested that would be in the same zone as me for shipping.

I would think the only flat rate box the mugs fit in would be medium and up, and medium would be big for a mug. You could ship them in there individual box and slide the box into a flat rate padded envelope adding extra padding around the box if needed. Just a thought. Depending on location, just shipping in its own box priority mail would be cheaper.

A 1 pound 5 ounces the only box that would make sense is the Regional box A as it is set at the 2 pound rate. it will be the same as using a box of your own that does not make the weight 2 pounds or more.

If the buyers are close even going over the 2 pound mark the Medium box would cost you more. I think I would find a box slightly larger and check the rates before shipping them between the Medium and your box.

I doubt that box would fit into a padded Flat Rate.

I think this has been discussed before, but you should always always always put measurements in your listings. Larges from the 80s are different than Larges in the 2000s, etc etc.

I think he is talking about the 13 minutes between messages. I would block personally.

I used to put measurements in and still got questions about them also had more complaints in regard like sold a shirt where my measurement was 1/8th of an inch smaller than actual size. Ebay rep told me if I had just left the measurements out I would have won the claim.

That plus the...How much is less price. That is why there is a best offer option. I hate the What is your best price question. Shoot me an Offer, I will respond to it. I lowered most of my prices this morning and took the Best offer option off. when I get some time off, I am going to go back and put measurements in, As well as continue updating my pictures.

Again this is all personal opinion. There are many ways to sell. Personally I have tried with and without measurements, with and without free shipping. In both cases it has worked better without. If something is blatantly different I will included measurements, but otherwise it just had no effect on my sales and actually increased my returns.

Is it me or has Poshmark really taken off the past 30 days? I’ve scored some amazing items from people cleaning out there closets and not really knowing what they have.

Example...1992 snoop dog concert t for $8. Should be able to flip for $60-80
