He's only played in 13 games at home since the allstar break compared to 24 on the road. Average is below .200 but that's a small sample size and he was slumping bad. I disagree. It's going to take more than 3 HRs in 5 weeks for him to win the MVP. He needs a stretch similar to what he did in the first half, because he's behind now.

Yes, a homer every 4 games is not unreasonable. He has to do this to be considered. Gotta be hot for last month. 50 would be incredible. He's still missing pitches by a hair that he should be clobbering. You can see it in his eyes, like, how in the heck did I not send that pitch to Pluto. Slightly behind and a few hairs under has been the story.

Yep, but having watched practically every judge at bat, he is just missing, balls are generally almost straight back, maybe dropping the front shoulder a little. He does look better the last week. Laying off the outside slider a bit more.
