Much smaller card, but same thing happened with two PSA 9 Marino rookies. One at $127 the other at $169. (It’s a $120-130 card.)

2018 2nd Year Silver prizm PSA 10 went for 244 last night. I picked up a raw one for like 37 a couple months back. Not sure if this is PWCC premium or people are starting to realize how SPed these were. Recent run on early year silver prizms in basketball may have people dreaming big about the future of this card.

So now they’re to blame when stuff goes too high and too low? Surely someone with enough coin to drop on these would see they end back to back and have some sort of game plan, no?

Actually I was referring to the way they list items. It's part of the reason I never sent anything to them. Auctions for the same cards ending seconds apart and usually huge differences in prices for the same card. You could do great or get screwed depending on which one you bought.

If the post 9 months ago wasn’t time stamped enough in advance, please don’t let the Pattydowners come in at any point this season and say Patty was a bad buy.

He was a FANTASTIC buy, and prices in 8/19 are as strong as eva!

I was waiting for a dip in his Contenders auto since last season but never saw it.. so I hit BIN for $3500 on a PSA 9 last week before he starts his 2nd 50 TD season. Feeling pretty good about the buy betting prices double this year.

I did the same thing. Bought a PSA 9 two months ago. I don't think you will see too many for sale in the future at these prices, assuming his play doesn't drop off.

The clecters here will say that he's a future five time super bowl winner and future first ballot hall of famer. Heck most pumpers here have him in a gold jacket already.

If you could rank the most popular middle ground rookie cards for me so I can search online I would really appreciate any advise.

He may be all of that. It hasn’t happened yet. Prices are like he has done most of that already.

Even if he ends up with 40/4,000 I see prices rising on Contenders throughout the season, probably to around $7,000 for a PSA10 Contenders base auto. Might even hit that price before his first TD, this one went up on auction last night and is already sitting at $3,550.

That's an interesting take. Out of curiosity, do you you do much buying and selling of football or do you do different sports?
