Oddly enough it is working out better for me. I sent so many pulisic in a month ago and now they go up daily, im making more money them not loading them than i am having them on as they would be sold. I will keep sending because i just dont have the time or patience to list it all on ebay. Have 5 batches waiting there and sent 3 more in last week. I also have a monster order to send once they start back up on older stuff.......

Here’s a fun new issue. I bid on one of their auctions. Then it just disappeared from my bids/offers page on eBay yesterday. I went back to COMC today and it was listed there as at auction still. However when I click on it it says “Ends 5 days 11 hours, Starts 2 days 11 hours”. I thought all their auctions were 7 day auctions? And it shows the current bid is $1.25 which is what I was winning it for when it disappeared. So it looks like their main service they are promoting isn’t working correctly right now.

Email them at auctions@comc.com to make sure they're aware.

They must have lots of new workers.
Im seeing many mistakes when they process batches. Elite items being processed as 1-week. No condition notes on certain cards.

My 3-week submissions are getting processed on time, what's not "getting any better"?

I'm going to continue cheerleading for a site that costs me no other labor than packing up some cards to batch off whenever I feel like and clicking some buttons to price and reprice, that's it.
I just had my best sales month ever and my port continues to grow in quantity and quality. I am able to increase my "average price per card" per month as well, buying into better and better cards for some flip profits. I have been able to bring home some really nice PC cards for future grading and just enjoying, as well. That is my ultimate goal, to fully fund this hobby via profits. I am almost to the point of being there but I also crave bigger and bigger cards as I move up the "hobby ladder". My 3-week submissions processed on time in July. My two shipments that cost 50 cents per card were received in a week (both under 50 cards each). I'm still waiting on one that will arrive in September but wasn't offered expedited shipping on a 250 card order. Some are lower value anyway so that just made sense to bundle them all up. I received three cash outs in the past few weeks via Paypal, all received in under 5 days. I have no qualms with COMC at the moment. If I needed help with customer service, I'm definitely concerned at their inability to answer in a timely fashion. The last thing I had to reach out to them about was pre-pandemic and it did take over a month to get a response but it also came with a $3 credit for my troubles. I get those frustrated with lack of updates to the website, down time, etc. But this hobby is BOOMING and for someone that has little time to do my own shipments through a place like eBay, I prefer the alternative that is COMC. Those that allow the COMC train to chug along are being rewarded for their efforts right now. With everyone at home, there has been no better time to sell. I'm not saying it lasts forever, in our hobby overall or on COMC....but it is pretty easy to make money right now if you know what to look for. Double bonus for being able to make money on the side while funding my PC at the same time.

I guess I'm frustrated because I still have about 2,000 cards that haven't been processed and it's been 6 months. That's far too long.
And if waiting a month for a response can be forgiven for $3, I dunno I just don't feel $3 is worth a month of waiting. Nothing like watching a company completely crap on older submissions while using their resources to take care of everything sent in now. I can't seem to be as forgiving as the rest of you.

I second what Bowman1951 says. I've had better sales on COMC this year than I ever did selling on eBay. I enjoy my time on COMC, it is nothing but pleasure and the kind of work/research that is rewarding and fun. It's never annoying and stressful like eBay could sometimes be. But I haven't sent anything to COMC in months, and I'm fine with that. I'm just flipping and buying short term holds, and more importantly building my HOF collection. Once things settle down in the world, then I'll send in a large stash of cards, and I'm fine waiting.

I 3rd this. COMC has some issues (I'm currently over a month on getting 1 card reprocessed as Elite) but the positives far outweigh the negatives for me. I totally agree on COMC being rewarding and fun. Can't beat a good 2 hour COMC wormhole.

right on! at least once a week, i just do a COMC search for Lebron James, and filter out "Uno" and "Goodwin" and i almost always find something to buy for my collection or to flip or hold/sell. at some point this card party will end, but it hasn't yet and I'm just riding the wave man. i can't seem to make a wrong move. and i'm nothing special. if i can do it, many others can. |

I'm still very pro comc. It's a great place.
Having said that... did they do away with just repricing cards when you buy them. All I see is the option to "reprocess as elite" which costs $2. I went ahead and paid the two bucks since it's a card that I only bought to flip and it's one that I think will gain 20ish... but if that is the only option then it makes what I used to do pointless. (Buy $1 cards that i think can pull $2)

Nothing has changed on the repricing. When you click "Buy Now," this screen will pop up.

Ahhhh.. you gotta hit the little floppy disk icon to save the price. You don't need to use the "Actions" menu.

Try to reprice the card for $85. I’m curious if the 99.99 is getting stopped figuring in shipping fees puts it over $100.

Yup, that did it. Thanks gents! Just have to click the floppy disk when I reprice. The elite option comes into play if I want to ask over 100.
