We are not disappearing or burying our heads in the sand about this, yet we are going to do everything we can to hide damning evidence against us. Next, we are presently working with both PSA and law enforcement (wink, wink) to ensure that all affected cards are brought to light and this information makes its way to our customers(We will send out an e-mail that 99.92% of our mailing list wont read). We understand that we are responsible for our part in this mess(Again lawyers making us say this) and will do all that we can to make it right in connection with Moser-submitted cards (Probably not the ones we bought for him to allegedly alter) as well as other submitters who may have altered cards of which we auctioned (We will just accept their cards from their friends in the future so we can say we did something). We understand how difficult it is to be patient through this process but we are working through this as quickly as we can at the direction of counsel and the appropriate authorities. Finally, in response to these recent findings, we are no longer selling any Moser-submitted cards (Wink, wink again).

We are very sorry (That we got caught) for the trouble that has occurred and will work to regain your trust (Wink, wink x3).
Clarified their response

The first rule of Defendant Club is you shut the eff up. The second rule of Defendant Club is YOU SHUT THE EFF UP.

Brent either doesn't have a lawyer or he's using Legal Zoom. Frankly, I love it.

PWCC, what will happen to all the returned altered cards?

PWCC, do you currently have any submissions at the grading card companies? Do they include cards from any known scammers?

PWCC, will you allow any consignors who would like to remove their consignments to get their cards back without hassle?

PWCC, what percentage of your auctions are shill bid by their owners at your approval, per Betsy's definition of "permissible bidding" in the article where she said you were "aware of Moser"?

What percent of your auctions are won by your the owner? How many don't get paid for? Do you inform VCP, PSA APR, your website, etc that the cards are never paid for?

Or do they become a false sale price to raise the whole market?

PWCC, since PSA is totally incapable of detecting alterations on cards, are you going to stop grading any cards with them? Or will they still allow you to? How about BGS? Are you banned there, or would you never submit to them since they're incapable of detecting alterations?

Fundraising Event
Announcing that PWCC Capital is actively raising funds! Registered members of PWCC may inquire about purchasing a PWCC Capital Note yielding an interest rate of up to 9% APR depending on the note amount. Notes will be sold on a first come, first served basis and a limited amount of notes will be sold. These funds are used by PWCC Capital to offer collateral-backed lending services. Contact PWCC Capital staff for more information.

...On-account funds may also be used to purchase a PWCC Note, which earns interest on a monthly basis. For more information, contact capital@pwccmarketplace.com or 503-680-2201."

Sounds like a potential securities fraud case.

Some lawyer would be more than happy to take 33% of the winnings for what seems like an easy win with all the evidence already provided for him, plus the ability to get testimony under oath in a deposition or trial.

PWCC-
Why are you still listing & selling cards that may be "modified" in some way without guaranteeing they are 100% authentic and unaltered first since you've admitted your fully aware of these acts?!?

If predicated on fraud, this would give me the most cause for concern if I were Brent'sy. I'm no lawyer, but securities fraud seems like an easier path to jail than selling altered cards and/or shilling.

Wtf gtfo

What would I be buying? I'll buy debt on the company so I am higher up on the balance sheet but no way, no how do I want to own a part of a sports card consignment website.

It will be interesting to see how this unfolds when PWCC, BGS, PSA and Trimmers all start pointing fingers at each other.

I’m going to reach out and see what the APR schedule is. 9% return is incredible!

If anyone here ever again asks "Where is XYZ's answer to all of this? They must have seen it by now." please just read every response after the initial post for the answer.
