That actually happened to me. Had a batch of items I sold that I was a week late on shipping so I was dinged in shipping time category star rating. Still had like a 4.4 or something out of 5 and everything else was good. They put me on probation limiting my selling to like 10 listings a month. So I listed 10 items for a few months making sure I sent all items the next day and on the 3rd month I had another 10 items listed with lots of bids and with 1 day left out of a 7 day auction they pulled them all down no warning. Called them and they said I didn't get my star rating in shipping up in time and they were closing my account. Can't remember my exact feedback score but it was in the 250-350 range with 0 negatives and 1 neutral. I was floored and told them I had been using Ebay since the 90s and had 0 negatives or problems and that I was just going to make a new account. They told me you can't do that....I just hung up and created a new one. Ridiculous system that just popped out of nowhere with no media/news to warn the severity of it. Anytime I gave feedback I never messed with the stars at all because it was always just Positive or negative which was always good working system.

DTMB hasn't because he obviously doesn't have a leg to stand on here with his story-time antics.

Not sure, but seeing as the scammer threshold has been met it seems that some pertinent information on the OP should be shared to protect members.

I'm sure everyone has already blocked his eBay name, but seeing as he has went out of his way to target and harass people, that will only get you so far.

I created a new member name (Repercussions) so this post would be remembered by this name and hopefully detouring members of false accusations that might defame and slander innocent members or non members due to a very anger and disturbed individual that needs help.
