Good thing it’s not, or he’d be out of the MVP race like Josh Allen after this past Sunday’s performance.

I can just see the voters saying "yeah we didn't vote for Tatum because they lost to Atlanta in November"

Lol

Tatum was playing with ankle injury, if you watched the last game against bucks, he landed on Giannis feet and was questionable to play, but to help his team he is willing to always play not like most stars. If anything then the availability factor should be positive thing in regards to MVP race.

I didnt know that, he def looks off today. But, playing poorly no matter how injured you are never helps MVP race, especially on a loss

While it didn’t look good for Tatum, especially those couple moments at end of 4th (open corner 3, turnover), but 6 rebounds, 8 assist, 2 blocks and 20 points still helped Celtics to have a close game and potentially win it. Sitting out and playing only when 100% will look better but that’s also why Embiid and some others are not going to win

I mean I'd argue he also cost them the game by shooting 5/16 when Derrick white and brown were cooking. If you have bum ankles then rest up one or two games, it's better than playing like that.. When you see the MVP frontrunner (Jokic and SGA) obviously Tatum pale in comparison

You must be new to interactions with BBases. We do not engage with him.

BBases - kindly exit stage left and stay out of the Tatum thread.

Yup, a couple of PBMs getting around lately.

Absolutely pathetic they can't stay away and just talk garbage.

Celtics almost double-digit favorites again tonight at Brooklyn. 2nd night of their back-to-back. Horford out for rest.

Tatum with 31 at the end of the 3rd as the Celtics pull away. Massive choke job.

Mazulla gotta do something with these slow starts, starting to become a trend with these guys but other than that, it's a pretty nice bounce back win & Tatum was great tonight.

What a game from Tatum, should have snatched that 1 rebound for triple double, 5/6 from 3pt, great defense and just 1 TO, love to see how he is silencing the haters!
