If it has a specific date and time attached that it was sold out, then they definitely had them. If it just says "sold out" then I'm not sure. The Target stock system has seemed glitchy with these boxes (saying stores only have one in stock, etc.) so i wouldn't trust it too much.

I had one employee read the status and said they weren’t discontinued or something, adding they could get more. Who knows how accurate she might be.

lol I had one target employee tell me the last time they had mega boxes was December.

I agree, my target states "out of stock," but ive gone twice and theres no place on the shelf that they ever would've been stocked.

People have literally been grabbing the entire display, red box and all. And once it is empty, Target would just take them down.

So today was my second day of driving around hitting stores. I finally got a target rep who was helpful. The mega boxes are officially sold out on all of Long Island and none of the stores are getting more in the near future. So my hunt is officially over unless it randomly pops up online again.
