So I figured out how to get a scan of a complete SPX card:

Am I going to go back and fix the scan of the Marino I shared on the last page? I am not.

Shamelessly posting this picture again (also in my Ricky thread) to get my money's worth out of the Precious Metal I just bought. Will need to get that one re-slabbed since they labeled it a '97.

Awesome McNairs! I wish the 1999 One to Ones were as clearly labeled as the 1998s.

Preaching to the choir on that one - same with the serial-numbering of the 1999 Gold Label set in general.

For those who are less familiar with the set, the 1/1s from '99 Gold Label have a gold sparkle overlay or treatment on the back, which is not too different from the treatment that Skybox used for the Essential Credentials Futures that same year. But kind of a bummer to have to show off the back of a 1/1 because the front is identical to the base card.

Whoa, how'd I miss that McNair post? That's awesome.

Here's a quick pic before they disappear into the void that is grading. Maybe get 'em back by next Super Bowl? I figure the grader bois will figure out the rarity of good condition, numbered parallels from back then, so might as well have 'em done up now.

Awesome cards! I always wished they switched the lettering effect on the Thunder Rave and Super Rave -- the names pop so much more on the Raves -- your Woodson looks awesome.

Has there been a run on 1997 Essential Credentials lately? I bought this one on COMC today and was surprised at some of the completed sales of other players on eBay from the past few months.

These came in today in a PWE. I bought them site unseen so was a bit bummed the Manning has a refractor line and got a good deal.

String a few maildays like that together and you'll have a respectable collection on your hands.

This finally came in the mail today. It got delayed due to the recent severe weather. I was getting nervous but here it is! This finishes my 1997 UD3 Cowboys master team set.

People seem to like this one:

The scan does a crummy job of making the foil look like white print, but trust me, it is foiled out in all the right places.

And, once again, I will beg you to please join instagram, if you're not already signed up, and help grow the '90s / early 2000's football community over there.
