Is this enough reason to send back to the seller? I think I have decided to just buy directly from Topps going forward. This is the 2nd issue of damage with a re-seller(2 different sellers actually).

I 100% agree...if I were them I'd been a 1000 deep on that card. Actually just 100 as I can be plainly seen on the HR Derby bonus card of Judge and I just got 100 because I bought the 100 regular ones!

Not white out. It may have come out looking like that because of the light in the my office. I don't know what happened. Just wanted to see if anyone else has seen anything like this. I know the Trevor Story early in the 2016 program had some surface issues.

Seriously what card number is that I will check mine...I am very deep on this card as I recall and need to know if this is a blemish on all of them

Joe I want to take you up on it haha, I couldn't justify $10 on the Jackson card because I budgeted for extra Rosarios, but I can definitely justify $5

FYI, no jumping on SPs for me tonight...I'm drinking beers and mailing off Dr. Who cards that FINALLY came in. Good god sometimes it seems like the more you buy the slower the shipments!

No surprise here...actually surprised they were that high. Made an offer on all the Gentry's and "someone" has the $5.50 or lower decline on...missed out on an easy payday.
