Parkside probably has 40-100 regular customers

Topps will have tens of thousands, if not more taking into account everything under their umbrella.

The NWSL card collector group on Facebook has over 900 members. Parkside sold their cards nationwide at Targets and Walmarts, in addition to what they sold at game venues and online on their website and on Amazon. I think your Parkside "regular customer" number is more than a tad low.

Considering all of their customer service seems to be run through one individual, I'd say they deserve some credit for their efforts on that front.

I mean I guess it's some consolation that they tell you everything is delayed. But when every product is delayed what difference does it make? The first year they sent me 1 pack when I ordered 5. The next year my packs came like 2 weeks after they were readily available at Target. Fool me once, etc. I just don't pre-order anymore because I have 0 faith in them and I know none of this is scarce. I'll still buy cards here and there but I probably spend 10% of what I did the first 2 years. No hard feelings and I'm glad the NWSL has card representation but it's just not a must buy for me anymore.

I guess we can agree to disagree.

I think we're defining "regular customer" differently. I consider anyone who collects Parkside products or buys more than just a couple times a regular customer. That definition probably applies to the vast majority of the Facebook group members, and countless others who have purchased the retail product over the past 2 years.

Your definition must set a much higher bar.

My 3 box Paramount order is coming soon I hope. I haven't received a shipping notice, but I don't need it before Christmas.

Those are some nice pulls. Trinity is Trinity, and people are gonna want that Huitema auto for sure.

A 1/1 auto is pretty nice too, regardless of the player. Should pay for your box at least, giving you a free roll on the rest of what was in there.

Big thanks to my postal carrier for braving the -30° F windchill to deliver my box. My best pull was a Sophia Smith pink base parallel /225, the auto was a Tara McKeown base.

Print quality-wise it's what I'd expect from Parkside. The foil on the box didn't fully stamp, and it was weird that they glued the packs to the inside. The cards were generally clean, if a little off center sometimes (to the point where some of the serial numbering was clipped), and had the minor corner issues you get with thicker stocks. Overall I'm satisfied with my box despite not getting anything huge - $75 is easy to stomach.

Hit a Jaedyn Shaw Auto in my sole box, so very happy with that one. Will probably just look to pick up singles for the rest of the cards im looking for once prices settle.

8 Next Waves incl Ordonez
3 Original 21's incl Alex Morgan
5 White (base) Signature Series autos: Ava and Alana Cook (both numbered PSS-AC), Endo, Huitema, Hubly
1 Pink Signature Series Auto (/100) of Jaelin Howell
2 Blue Signature Series Autos (/50): Kornieck and Mckeown
7 Strikers: incl Press, Ordonez, and Sophia Smith. (duplicate Bethany Balcers who I like)

Notes:
- Those packs are really glued down in the box. If the cards weren't as sturdy as they are I'd have killed some getting them out of the box.
- The Next Wave cards are all numbered /50 in the upper right corner, but card #1 (Tinaya Alexander) also has 001/500 printed in the center near the bottom. Odd.
- Total of 60 base cards over eight packs (not counting parallels). 150-card base sets will be expensive to build.
- Of the 33 rookies in this set, I got 15 (base), 6 Pink (/225), and one blue (/25).
- Cards are great quality (with the exception of centering/chopping off the ends of some card numbers - minimal).
- All will fit in a penny sleeve except for the coin cards. "Thick" top loaders for all.

I got my coin to fit in a normal Cardboard Gold penny sleeve, but I'm aggressive with them and sandwich thick cards between thin base cards to protect the corners. The coins definitely fit in thick card sleeves.

My order of 3 boxes arrived today after all. Opened 2 and saving one for tomorrow.

Base auto of Janine Beckie and pink auto of Madison Hammond. Not much to write home about in these first two, but maybe I saved the best for last in that last box.

3rd box had a pink auto of Elyse Bennett and a blue parallel of the Jun Endo base RC, numbered to 25. That latter Endo card is a nice hit that's probably the best card in the 3 box break.

A couple of the inserts had some edge wear on them, and the centering is not great on a lot of these. Fair warning.

That said, it's not like we haven't seen quality issues from the top companies right out of the packs, including in such brands as Panini Prizm and Topps Chrome. Given what a blaster box costs of those big brands, there is some good value in this rip at $75 per box, I think, with an auto (sometimes two!) per box and limited, numbered base cards and parallels.

Agreed. Shouldn't overlook that even the base cards are numbered /749.

Nice cards, Glass!

It looks like the 2020 Sophia Smith PP is her most popular card (due to it selling for the most money), however, is it a rookie? I know that she doesn't have a base card in that 2020 set and that's gonna' make things confusing here.

I'm trying to decide between her 2020 PP or the 2021 SS Blue Ink. This chick has a lot of potential.
