I'm beginning to feel like I made a mistake ordering from BO today...

My take includes:
13 X 2017 Topps Chrome Update Mega Box
2 X 2018 Topps Heritage High Boxes
1 X 2018 Topps Series 1 Hobby Box
1 X 2015 Panini USA Set
1 X 2018 Heritage Minors Case
1 X 2018 Topps Update Jumbo Case (The Silvers should really be included - no reason to hold them back and this is looking like a kick in the nuts already.)
1 X 2018 Topps Heritage High Number Case (My mistake on this one...thought it was the previous listed price and hit the purchase button before realizing it had gone up for some reason - even though it said relisted in the announcement thread.)

We'll see how much of a kick this is next week I suppose.

Got in on the Jumbo case with the silver packs deal from “the other place” - probably the best baseball deal of the day in my opinion. Sold out fast!

Yeah i jumped on that too..glad i decided to just pay then and not look around bc it didnt last long

Do all blowouts orders go from Processing to Pending? Wouldn't processing go after pending?

My account started getting buggy around noon wouldn't let me check out....which I am thankful for because I was just loading junk like old golf. Ended up leaving and heading to the hobby shop where I spent a lot more then I was spending sitting in my living room.

These sales are the signs of the good health of this industry. Things are selling across the Big 3 sports, there isn't the same need to give things away. Heck, you see it in retail stores as well this year. The deals aren't as good. People are getting bigger checks and spending more money.

The big 3 companies do not need to give stuff away. It's already selling on it's own. I bet they did plenty in sales today and at better margins than previous years.

Even without the silver packs the Update case is a decent price. And the HHN is a great price at $799.

People need to take a step back on those and appreciate that they're not going to be this cheap again most likely.

I always wonder how big of a hit the case reserves take when these sales roll around. We all know both of those were heavily printed, but they are also heavily purchased. It would be interesting to know what percentage they went through of their inventory.

Heritage High is not a great price it’s ok but not great. Since first day release my local distributor was charging 70 a box. They absolutely made more than previous releases which is why you see these under 100.00.

I normally spend roughly 5 figures on wax this week with some deals here and a little at my LCS. Not a single thing I purchased this week. Bank account will thank me later I suppose

I did get an 18 Heritage Minors from my LCS like 2 weeks ago though for $475. Was gonna get another one if BO had it slightly lower but decided against it

I can buy heritage minors from my distributor for 36.00 a box and that’s what he charges at local shows.

That's a solid price. Just tells you that cost was probably $30/box and still making 20% at that price

ehh i think it was about the same..some good deals with the same old junk wax all day. i really think they need to just start giving out 08 chrome and 13 football as bonuses cause that stuff is never going to sell unless its 10-15 bucks a box.

With Soto and Acuna driving a lot of sales and Gleyber adding with a very good first year, I don't see this price dropping. Plus the Ohtani content. Yeah they made a good amount, but I think we'll only see the price go up. It's the off season as well.

my final haul:

2 HHN boxes (earlier in the week).
3 2012-13 marquee bskb boxes.
1 2016 case absolute retail football. (I'll bust 3 or so boxes each Sunday)

pretty happy NOT to spend a lot of money (this was mostly COMC credit)

Production on HHN wasn't up nearly as much as other things, exactly 3000 Hobby cases. It seems like there is a lot available now because almost nobody was preordering it at the sucker $100+ box price, but now that it has dropped it will dry up pretty quickly going into next spring.
