It was in the news too

Premium difference could be due to the grade and subgrades.Lebron Exquisite RPA BGS 8.5 with a 3 CLR patch is a ~1.4 million dollar card whereas a BGS 9 would cost 2 million or more

What seems hard to believe? Wouldn’t be shocking at all if the .5 grade difference has that price difference

Interesting, thanks. I guess a ~ 1 million dollar price difference for a 0.5 difference seems excessive, but that’s just my opinion. Seems like that’s the market though

With the exception of his really high end ones, in general basically they’ve all risen. Even just two years ago prices were basically “cheap” compared to now, hopefully that trend continues

Bowman Chrome PSA 10 ended on PWCC at around 22k after buyers premium.

edit: or does the sold price include the BP?

Got my newest Brady addition today, probably one of my favorites in my collection due to the historical significance the card depicts.

Yea you have to look up pretty close to see 2 of the corners dinged up. I typically like to have cards in my collection slabbed for protection if nothing else. Will probably just slab it Authentic with PSA and have them certify the auto.

Can someone explain what buyers premium is? I don’t really understand the extra cost.

Other than the auction house making more money, I have no idea what the point of it is or who would want to pay it

It’s like going to the grocery store, your total being $150, but they charge $160 just because

Seems minor to me. Also if you do send to PSA, make sure you request the Brady goes in front since technically it is the back of the card. Might be something you want to confirm that they will do before you send in.

I got one for the same exact reason.

Did the same with the 15 PTT Brady/Garoppolo /5 thinking something similar would happen. We all know how that panned out.
