My whole point was that sticky stuff turned an average pitcher elite, which is exactly what steroids do, so steroids do not necessarily have the bigger impact on performance.

Isn't that the truth. That was literally the last time I even thought about SI. It was "relevant" news at the time, but had an actual longterm negative impact on their business.

Their hitting coach has about a week left before he’s canned. A bottom three offense from this group is unbelievable. Only thing keeping them from being the worst is Boegarts. Everyone else is terrible.
